visits not updating to show recently watched movies but website shows extra 2 films i watched vs app showing nothing ,couldnt change profile picture,used guest services no response so customer service none exsistant poor service really

Will only show one screening per film, and only the top two billed films that are currently out.
FIX YOUR APP PLEASE! Worked fine until recently. Can't refund bookings. Just comes up with an error. Which results in missed bookings for MyLimitless. Super annoying. Considering it worked fine before, I don't know why this isn't an easy fix!

never had as much problems with an app as I do with odeon it spends more time having me signed out and saying there was a problem with the servers when I try to sign in then it does working it's really frustrating I just want to access my limitless instead now I have to go in every time and explain to the people at odeon my app doesn't work
be Careful! Their running a Scan with firm COMPLETE SAVINGS getting your payment details and then billing you secretly every month SCAM ALERT ⚠️
it used to so good, but now it just keeps crashing and freezing and sometimes you can't even login

Can't open it
Appalling app, still hasn't loaded. Badly designed website. Slow and unresponsive. Unable to simply scroll through what's on at your local cinema, with a summary of each film. You have to click each film to read about it, then wait for the page to load again when you try to go back. Very badly designed. Showcase was much better.

from last 2 months i have tried to cancel my subscription and thier is still no response i have write email and done everything yet thier is nothing happening
Repeatedly can't log into app too purchase film tickets. Have been trying all day says reset password and page comes up forbidden won't allow you too. Been like it for weeks having to try and reset password to book a film. Wouldn't mind so much if I didn't purchase a limitless account
Keeps logging me out. No useful notifications showing new releases based on preferences
Bits of this app are amazing: showing your tickets to staff is so straight forward, selecting seats and adding friends via Limitless is perfect. Trying to cancel a ticket? Impossible despite the website saying it's possible via the app. Buying food often closes the cinema you've selected.
I'm a Mylimitless Plus member and visit the Odoen Luxe in Birmingham almost every weekend, and I think the cinema is pretty damn good (despite ridiculous food and drink prices, which are out of this world), but this app, does not do the Odoen name justice. it's really poor. frequenly signs me out, then has trouble contacting the servers trying to sign back in, customer service is almost non-existent, you can't call anybody over the phone, it's slow, clunky, and poorly laid out. Needs work!
