I logged in, chose a seat, went to payment, went to my app to clarify, back to app, locked me out and then found that the seat I selected was chosen. what the hell? the app shouldn't be locking me out constantly. Please fix it
The system has serious issues with refunds that they've never resolved despite several people complaining. At least once every 3 times, when I refund a ticket, it will leave a ghost booking in the background. As a limitless member, this then blocks me from booking another ticket around the same time. Frustrating and should be an easy fix if they'd just get their engineers on it.
signs you out all the time and takes forever to load
Zero stars. If you use a VPN, this app will not allow you to login. It's own security message says it will not track you of you press yes...hmm, then why block uses actively caring about their own data safety online? Uninstalled immediately!
logging out every day , buggy , marketing popups flashes and hidden immediately 🤣. Application is down very often, never works on the self service kiosks,very slow , I can go on and on

This app is terrible. It keeps logging me out on a daily basis. Sometimes it keeps insisting that I'm putting the wrong credentials, even though they are definitely correct. Lately it won't let me buy tickets with any of my cards, telling me there was a problem with my payment. It keeps locking my limitless card into bookings that I haven't confirmed. My friends have the same issues. Lately I'm just buying tickets in the cinema, less problems that way. I do not recommend this app.
I could once order food and drink no problem and the app was fine (except being signed out frequently). Now I can order food at any cinema except the one I always use. No troubleshooting for this issue. Just keeps saying that there is an issue connecting with the server. No response from Odeon when I queried this... I just won't buy any refreshments from Odeon because those self service points are even worse...

blocks vpns, logs you out a lot. blocking vpns is really dumb, you have to constantly enable and disable them just to use the app.

clunky. how on earth the Devs have missed the obvious user requirement of easy access to view tickets is beyond me. why put my ticket, that I need now, in a sub, sub directory of past purchases. the button doesn't even say tickets. should be front page. instead when loading the app you are greeted with a list of cinemas... why? I have already set my cinema. ticket front page if you have one, qr code for account, and showtimes for your already chosen cinema.
