The app is very bad. It usually automatically delete login details. Thus, not possible to login to the App.

just updated the app, it still has problems, it is even worse. I would like to purchase a printer, an expensive one, and you can't be bothered to give me a price. What? You probably have some sort of server error. Sometimes the app works, log in problems, inconsistent recall of receipts, eg "Unknown error occurred, Please try again" If you can't write a decent app then don't embarrass yourself by releasing it. Perhapse get a kindergarten class to write one for you, it might actually work.

Multiple people using the same flybuys is a terrible excuse. Other stores on the program like Coles don't have an issue with it.

I managed to set a store by clearing app data and then allowing access to location so it did set nearest one automatically, but then it resets to Richmond when viewing products. Unable to choose a store manually.

App is useless, I can't even log in!
cant log into the app and cant access officeworks at all online either
won't do free delivery to "rural areas" I'm 20 minutes away from the store with one pass. I don't recommend this store
Absolutely useless, was working fine until last update
declined location and it wouldn't let me even search for my local store and put me in Melbourne. uninstalled and reinstalled and then allowed location, entire app crashed. Tried 4 times with no avail.
Officeworks seems to have a problem with vpn users. We cannot access Officeworks website. So many of us who like to buy online etc before we go out are buying from Harvey Norman and the myriad of other companies that don't have the chip on their shoulders that Officeworks seems to have. Officeworks has missed the obvious lesson that it's competitors seem to grasp perfectly well, and that is that we don't have to adjust for them, they need to adjust to us or go broke. Hopefully the later.

So, I'm searching the app for shipping boxes and 51 results show up. As soon as I go to sort by price those results drop down to 3. If I set the category to Boxes normally, I get 34 results, but sorting by price makes no results appear... Way to publish a braindead app Officeworks. 👏👏👏
Loaded the app, but it fails to log in. Always an issue. retry. Do so, nothing. Build something that (ironically) works!
Can no longer login with a business account
The actual $$$$ amount does not match the desktop web site amount when trying to check out through the app. I have checked this a day later and its still trying to charge me an additional $30. Uninstalling NOW!🥴
Disgusting pathetic and downright completely abhorrent behavior from the 2 OFFICEWORKS EMPLOYEES WE ENCOUNTERED THIS MORNING. Apart from being LIED TO and treated like and SPOKEN TO LIKE GARBAGE it took a GOOD GUYS EMPLOYEE who cared enough about my disability to find the devices we were looking for at OFFICEWORKS. A GOOD GUYS EMPLOYEE ACTUALLY HELPED AND KNEW MORE THAN BOTH OF THE OFFICEWORKS EMPLOYEES ABOUT OFFICEWORKS PRODUCTS. Totally and utterly pathetic OFFICEWORKS LOWEST OF THE LOW
pastel pencils i received were broken. to sharpen im losing lots of pastel chalk. it's like they were dropped. hoping it doesn't affect the rest of the pastel pencil.
