The app does not describe it's non refundable policy intially. I tried to use the code given by the DVLA and doesn't allow that as well.

Questions are not correct for a given section eg in Attitude section there's a question on tram signs. I see this was flagged by other users over a year ago and it's fixed
this app is totally waste of money i was give 2 time exam but the questions are different in exams so i failed really dont recommend this app dont waste money
I want to study on my laptop but unfortunately It doesn't work on laptop PC. should I have to buy new one for PC as well?
do not buy. videos don't work. hazard perception doesn't work. some questions are just bad giving four options that would all be considered correct. considering this is the official app, not surprised it's shite. I want my money back as it doesn't provide the material as advertised. zero stars should be option
it's good for new driver. but not for ADI.
