初回使用した際にスマホを近づけても広告が流れてくるだけで、ナプキンが出てきますという表示のまま出てこなかった。 ２時間後にしか使用できないため結局購入しなければならず、アプリをダウンロードした意味がなかった。
It's so hard to complete everything and get the napkins. Do you really need Bluetooth system? please make it easier for someone struggling with period already. I appreciate the service though.
アプリがなかなか反応しない。 設置装置のボタン付近に近づけて、という指示通りに向きや角度、距離を変えてもなかなか反応してくれず、トイレが並んでいるような時は使いたくても使いづらくて諦めてしまう。 スマホケースに入れているから反応しないのかわからないが、もう少し連結•サーブまでがはやくなって欲しい。
