This app sucks so bad I'll never buy one of these garbage smart scales again. all you have to do is give me an easy way to compare all of my stats but you greedy jerks can't even get that right without trying to scam me into paying for some kind of membership, after I already bought a scale. like just let me export my data what a joke. worst is when I tried to subscribe it doesn't even do anything when I click the button. the app is slow, it's buggy and confusing, and it doesn't even show you.
Too many ads and distractions. The cross button was assumed to deactivating the ads but it doesn't work, instead the ads kept popping up non stop & not letting me using the apps. Imagine the frustration to check on routine data, such a bad experience

The app is good, but there are way too many ads. An ad appears almost every time I press the weigh button. It's frustrating and makes me want to stop using the app.
app itself is fine. scale works fine too connect, but I shouldn't have to watch an ad when the app opens. it's just a money grab. I would have bought a better more expensive scale of I had know using the app was such a PIA. the only thing it needs to do is is weigh me and record the weight. I may as well just log out in notebookLM lm and get my charts from there.
The ads are terrible and you need to watch a long ad each time you open the app.
I tried using a younger age - my body age was 27 and when I changed it to my actual age which is older it became 44 further same weight! What rubbish analysis!!! So the data is definitely NOT ACCURATE!!!
****WORST APP EVER**** If I could give them stars in the negative I would. You can't even use the app the way they bombard you with ads now. You try to close the ad it directs you to the site linked to it. I pay to use this service and for the first year it was great. I find it extremely sleazy that they just charged me my annual fee June 11th and changed the entire functionality of the app. I will be cancelling and seeking a refund. I literally can't even use the app at this point.

JUST DOWNLOAD OPENSCALE . you dont have even a single second to weight yourself. its ads open automatically every 3s. at first it was only 1 ads every use. then 2. then it come every 3s.
app doesn't work anymore it says I have no network when I do. The worst part being the app closed and would not let me log back in. Years of data gone. The scale wasn't accurate anyway and was grossly misleading.
made up values. the scale has fake pads etched into the back side of the glass so that from the top it looks like it might be tin oxide pads or maybe even capacitive pads. But you get the same values if you're wearing thick rubber shoes. The app receives weight but makes up everything else.

I don't know how much the developer needs the money from ads. It's too annoying. Better get another measure way not related to this app. Bad apps forever.

Their ads too stupid. During measuring weight the ads keep popping up then it shows need to re-measure and the ads keep popping up again.

kept trapping me in a google ad for protection & saying I had virus. deleted, and had to turn bit defender back on as it had somehow been turned off and my chrome pages were deleted - probably a coincidence but I dont trust it.
scales are great but the app has way to may ads. and I don't like how it always auto opens AliExpress or shows me antivirus adds that look like my phone has a virus on. if I could find another app to replace this with then I would in a heartbeat.

Too much ads, I didn't even touch the screen, ads keep on poping every single time and interfering with the connecting to take the weight measurement. Not worth it.
Bought a scale and thought it was good it came with an app to track. But it keeps playing ads and jumps to open shopping apps like lazada and shopee when I have the app open. It keeps doing this that you can't even navigate the app itself properly to look at the details. Very annoyed!
The app is monetized every time you click into the app, you are hit with adverts

App not working, completely waste of money.
I'd rate it -10 if I could. Never logged in and will never think of it. Why do I have to login and pay for a subscription for a hardware that I already paid for, this is not good. The app should work without getting my data on their side, otherwise I do not want it. This is a failure.
