I don't recommend downloading this app! I used a link that promised me a Bitcoin reward once I signed up and verified my account, which I did... I wasted time doing that... I then wasted more time asking customer service about it. it was a total waste of time because "Vincent" in customer service was just copying and pasting cookie cut responses to me and ultimately asked me if I had a screenshot to prove that I clicked on the link that they have all over Facebook and Instagram...

Warning: Stay away from automated trading bots. They are nothing but a trap. You might gain a few cents here and there, but the risks are massive and the losses often far exceed any small profits. Protect your hard-earned money and avoid them entirely 👎🏾
My experience with OKX has been very poor. I created a new account and joined their new user campaigns (Mega & Pro). I completed all tasks: deposited 10+ USDT, generated 100+ trading volume, and held funds for 1 day. Tasks show completed, but when I try to claim the reward, it says I violated rules. I submitted an appeal and contacted support, but no solution was given. This is very disappointing.Everyone my advice not to join okx it's scam

this exchange isn't that good, they hold your crypto for long periods of time including the cash balance not allowing withdrawal of funds. month almost.
scam exchange recently they launched the contract trading which is completely scam
don't do it. don't think you're gonna get that big reward they advertise. you have to make deposits of a certain amount. the more you deposit the more the reward goes up. but you can't cash it out. ever. it stays there. and any profit you make from it. so if you put in 20 you get 30. making 50. sounds cool. only the 20 makes you any money. buy 50 of btc and as it grows you cash out. but only what the 20 made is what you can withdraw to your bank. beware.

Very interesting how my money is suddenly stuck on this platform when trying to transfer from OKX to Hyperliquid.
SCAM stay away
The app itself is very easy to use. Great interface and has many Crypto Currencies to choose from. I give it a 1 star rating for the poor customer service they give and their inability to explain how to use features in the app and also their inability to troubleshoot problems you have making deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with either USD or Crypto to and from your account and wallet. Fix this and I will update my rating. Until then I don't recommend this app.
They promise you a reward of 50 euros for any first amount you deposit. I finally got 20 euros and impossible to withdraw them.
This exchange is very disappointing for users from Burundi. As a Burundian, I cannot use my local currency (BIF) on this platform. There is no support for buying or selling crypto with BIF, which makes it very difficult for us to participate in crypto trading. OKX should improve and include Burundi in its supported countries and add BIF as a payment option. Many people in Burundi are interested in crypto, but we are being left out because of this limitation. Please consider supporting Burundi
Absolutely horrible. Worst service ever from a crypto exchange. I bought usdt 4 days ago but I can not withdraw it or cash out any of it till the next 3 days. what type of policy is this. I need my money back. this is honestly frustrating, I would have gave it a 0 star rating if it was possible.
Worst trading platform ,Bonus is a scam and trading fees goes makers and taker if you trade intra day the trading fees combines to 1%...i gave around 20% of my holdings in trading fees only if you become VIP the trading fees is a bit less for becoming VIP you have to trade 1 million dollars in one month .....dont waste your money depositing just use Binance
Not able to use the app. id verification not working. I wasted my time reporting the issue and providing the recordings of the error message. after 1 month the issue has not been resolved. The ticket was just closed without solution to the issue. now I have to transfer the money back to my bank wasting 75 dirhams due to blocked features when you are not verified. okx if you want to waste my time and not provide a solution, well here you go.
just downloaded, from ad offering $10 btc for completing kyc... open app, it cuts to an all black screen with text: "updating your language settings..." and an animated "loading" 3 dots, and there it stays no matter what I do.

Do NOT use this app, unable to transfer or withdraw funds , after reaching out to "customer support " you talk to a useless AI when you try to connect to a live chat agent you get put in an endless queue that never connects to anyone and crashes.

they make it impossible to withdraw, you cant add a bank account to withdraw it once u put it in. wont ket me connect any bank at all.

Downloaded app n verified my account n received my bonus but 3 days later I can't log in. a pop up saying that the app does not provide their service in my area. Now my concern is that they have my information n a copy of my i.d. n now in worried about identity theft by this app. Seems to me its a platform that's a scam to steal personal info from whomever downloads n verifies. will see if legal action can be taken against this platform.
100% unusable, lol. It has me click "Certify tax details" which does absolutely nothing, then only gives the option to go back. because it's completely unusable, this app is complete trash and I'll be deleting it now.
