I am ola driver user today I get dispointed because the the ride I don't know how in ola app drop location is showing different I call customer and ask what is your location they tell me a different location i reached there and after reaching there i just click reached on location but otp is not coming i don't know how when customer care told i shouldn't click on reached on location that's why otp is not coming but if I am not in the location which was shown in ola app how i can click on reached
just like worst help team not support any reason don't response ane support team worst app don't download this app
My documents were successfully verified more than a month ago, but the process has still not moved forward. There has been no proper update or support from the team. This delay is affecting my time and earning opportunities as a driver partner. It is very disappointing that even after successful verification, the account is still pending. Please improve your support system and resolve such issues faster.

मैंने ओला एप डाउनलोड करके इसमें सारे डॉक्यूमेंट अपलोड कर दिए हैं और सारे डॉक्यूमेंट ओरिजिनल है उसके बावजूद भी मेरा बाइक का आरसी अपलोड नहीं हो पा रहा है बार बार बता रहे हैं कि आरसी में बाइक ओनर का नाम नहीं है जबकि उसमें साफ साफ लिखा हुआ है।
