Hello Ola Party Team, I am facing a serious fairness issue with the Lucky Pocket feature. Some users are able to grab rewards extremely fast, almost instantly. It seems that auto-clickers, 8x speed tools, or older app versions are being used, which gives unfair advantage. Please check and fix this issue by: Blocking auto-clickers and 8x tools Restricting old app versions if they are being misused Ensuring equal timing for all users This is affecting fair usage of the app. Please take action.

Worst support experience. My account was banned around 5-6 years ago due to a false report. I have sent many requests and appeals but there has been absolutely no response from the support team. It feels like the company does not care about genuine users at all. There is no proper customer support, no transparency, and no system to resolve issues. If a mistake has happened, the company should investigate and fix it instead of ignoring users for years. Very disappointing service.
