I cannot sign in no matter how much I try. keeps saying uh oh, try again later like omg im so tired of this. its months I haven't been able to sign in, hence I just shop on other apps. is there any solution to this issue? because im feeling like to just uninstall this app!
Nothing to do with the app but. Very disappointed in my last store experience. I spent SIXTY BUCKS on a pair of jeans on January 30th. LESS THAN 2 months later.... about 3/25 I noticed a HOLE FORMING in crotch. OF COURSE its not within the month return policy and I TRUSTED the jeans would last a DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME. So I didn't keep receipt handy. Taking them in tomorrow to see if they stand behind their products or not. Hopefully they do so I can update this to a pos review. WE'LL SEE..
app is unusable as of 02/28/26. all images under purchases are "unavailable" squares. usually a great app. Just currently not working. 3/24/26 app opens now. still no images. also, some categories are empty. for instance, if I search "bras/underwear" I can only see a couple sports options, nothing else. can see all available options on desktop.
No matter how many times I have signed up with this app, hoping it corrected the glitches they don't. easier to go directly to the website. The app always lags logs you out, doesn't have accurate record of my purchases, its completely worthless.

Just loaded and reloaded the app. says there's and app error and retry reloading after developer fixes the bug. Shouldn't even be allowed by Playstore to be available then. . . . and Old Navy is getting rid of coupons and only wants you to use the app.

The new "ENCORE" update had a bug and continues to crash. After updating, deleting, and re-install, the bug crash continues.

Old navy is one of fine brands but it's app works really bad. it's been two days I am trying to open the app for something to shop and it's keep crashing. today my phone is sending me notification that old navy app has a bug which can cause data damage. I tried to optimize but didn't work. I had to uninstall the app. This is the only shopping app which works very slow and takes time to open. which leads me to shop on other stores.

Ever since the update the app won't open. It keeps saying the app has a bug so my phone won't allow it to open the app.

I don't know why you decided to completely change your app, but it no longer works. It shuts down as soon as I open it.

February 28 2026. GAP OLD NAVY BRAND launched their ENCORE members log in. now i can't even open app. I've cleared cache. un installed reinstall, cleared newly installed app cache. not working at all can't open app. I log in then app closes, asks if I want to clear cache...again.
the latest update ruined everything. I can't even get the app to open. it says there's a bug, and crashes. I have a Gift card and super cash to use, and of course it wants to act up on the 1st day I can use my super cash.

not worth, rip off, I ordered next day delivery and took 4 days to deliver, I called them to tell them that the tracking number is saying economy ground when actually I paid for the next day delivery, they told me that is impossible because to them was showing next day, on UPS tracking number history also was showing economy ground whit transfer to USPS and on USPS tracking site was showing economy ground, they are rip off
terrible app! I was on the website and was offered an extra 15% off if I opened the app. I did and it erased all of my bag history. so now I have to uninstall the app and just go about buying off the browser. I also had issues with logging in.

Edit #4 or #5 or #33; I don't even remember because I've had to review this absolute disaster of an app so many times. But rest assured, it continues to be a glitchy, unreliable mess and I'm guessing that will never change at this point. Whatever pimply-faced children they have writing this software are living up their the Gen Z reputation of literally sucking at everything. Maybe if they actually TESTED their code before rolling it out all of this could be avoided, but what do I know?
Once again you have updated the app and again it will not update on my phone or tablet ( both Samsung galaxy products). It's been a week and you still haven't fixed the issue created by your app update. I even tried emailing concerning the issue and was simply given an automated reply. this app worked prior to your update. it would be nice if you were able to properly update for all. Very disappointing!!!

Never Loads. I have been using this app for years and nothing has changed. Whenever I try shopping through the app, more times than not, the app always freezes and the screen goes blank.
App continues to sign me out and it's very finicky about when it wants to let me sign in. Items take forever to load and it gets very laggy, if it loads at all. I've had nothing but problems with this app, the only reason I keep it is to pay my credit card bill and even that is a process. I don't recommend.
