l can't even resess my password it's been so frustrating.
Cannot see images in the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the same problem persists.
can't even log in to the app , web browser works fine . the moment you download the app uh oh we weren't able to complete your request. tried clearing cache and data , a reinstall , different networks. id stick the the web browser
interrupting my music time with a old navy ad on youtune that has reall bad music and is too long. forving yourself into my recreational time is how you get hated, not a single purchase from me will ever be gotten from this method.

App not allowing me to login since new updates.
I bought a pair of pants in my normal size (large) even though I was measuring an extra large on their size chart and they were huge on me. I ordered my regular size tops in medium as that's what I usually wear and what I was measuring as and they were way too small for me. I wanted to exchange them but that wasn't an option and I had to return them and order again and when I went to do that the prices on everything had doubled. Never mind no thanks.

its won't let me sign in after trying a million times and just wouldn't help reset password. kept saying an error occurred. such a trashy sign up / sign in process
The app continuously says "something went wrong" and gives a refresh button. When pushed, the same thing pops up and I'm unable to see any of the app. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, closed the tab and reopened and turned my phone off and back on again. Super sad because all of my clothes come from Old Navy.

I cannot sign in no matter how much I try. keeps saying uh oh, try again later like omg im so tired of this. its months I haven't been able to sign in, hence I just shop on other apps. is there any solution to this issue? because im feeling like to just uninstall this app!
I'm trying to reset my password... When I click the link sent in my email, it goes right back to the app & I can't change the password... Please fix ASAP!
unable to sign in on the app but i can sign in anywhere else . customer service said it's a prob on their end but its yet to be fixed??
