I been using your app for years, now it makes me up date the app, and tells me that supposedly my phone is not compatible with the new update.
stopped working
Your "I'm not a robot" verification is pathetic. I tried to use a $20 gift card and it was completely useless online. Love your food but online cost me. Why use a gift card if your procedures online is incompetent.

Taking forever update. Im hungry and want to order food.
someone needs to update their menu prices. went online and ordered a lasagna classic big pan. was shown at 43.oo. end up being charged 53.00 at Olive garden n Mansfield ohio. and I was in the Mansfield ohio olive garden site. and our takeout order wasn't even ready. we called it in 4 hours before we wanted it they said no problem. waited over a half hour then what the said and still waiting

The app used to be great. Now you can't edit any information in it or on the website. I'm afraid to use it for ordering.

I started using the Olive Garden app about 5 years ago with no trouble. Now, more often than not, I get to the end of my order and enter my payment information and hit "place order" only for the app to freeze or throw an error. It us very frustrating to then have to re-do the entire order via the website or by calling it in.
I downloaded the app and tried to make my first order and just as I finished the order the app crashed. i though the order didn't go through and ordered again. turns out the first order went through. thankfully the restaurant canceled the first order for me. really sucks as a first experience with this app
I have tried signing up 6 times under 2 different emails and every time all I see is bad request. Before anyone asks, yes I am typing everything in. Something is definitely wrong with your app. And I have tried at the restaurant, at home, with wifi and without. Wow! And we go there regularly. Such a shame.
I use to use this app on my old phone no problem, but now I cant log in on it and I'm not sure why? I can log in on the website just fine, but using the app was easier.

This app can not run on my Samsung tablet. but does run on my Samsung phone. The tablet can get any other app, how come your developers can not make it work on the tablet.
I chose not to update my phone because it still works, but Olive Garden app no long working because they think we should spend our money updating/getting a new phone. Deleting their app and going somewhere else that don't look down on me for being wise with my money
well I can't order because your app won't work with my phone anymore. I'm not going to buy a whole new phone just to order from you guys! forget that!
will not accept my phone it's saying my phone is not compatible I have an Android phone. I guess you have to have an Apple phone to download the app.

Your I.T. & Marketing departments suck. Whoever they are that designed this app & it's update(s) don't know what they're doing. Why design this app to not function like it aughtta ?? Good grief.
all it does it take you to websites. it's like an app that only takes you to the default browser. weird but ok. deleted it and just order from the website. it's the same thing without the added steps of the app.
u can not go through it easy
The app keeps logging me out. It can remember my last two orders but tells me I need to login to order. How can it remember past orders if logged out!? I tried to add a new card but it could not verify the details. Two people double checked all the numbers but we still got an error.
There's no way to say you didn't get all the items you ordered then when you call the people who delivered they tell you to call the restaurant NEVER AGAIN DELETED!

I downloaded this app and it wouldn't even open. when it asked if I was to use their website to order I clicked on go to website and I got a message saying I wasn't authorized to use the website. So much for placing a order with olive garden
