Absolute TRASH. You will spend I don't know how long to answer a million unnecessary questions, then once you get to the point of signing up it says they will give you a 14 day trial if you text to a friend (that was a lie, tried 3x). Once I got through that it asks to scan 15 items to give your pantry a score. Did that and then it just freezes. I uninstalled/reinstalled twice, had to rescan everything-freezes. By the looks of the reviews they don't respond, so I wouldn't bother. They are crooks
downloaded yesterday with annual subscription and the ap does not work. buttons to go to next page are frozen.

I couldn't even use it. I've been seeing everywhere and think it would definitely be a cool, nice, and helpful app. But I couldn't even get past the tutorial, I was stuck on "lets get started". Thought it was my phone, and downloaded it on my moms phone to check. Same thing, I can't get it to go any further, definitely a 0/5 experience so far. I really wish I would've worked

The app isn't working. I get through all the questions and when I go to press "start my journey" button it freezes and will not allow me to proceed further.

★ Stuck on the welcome screen The "Start My Journey" button does nothing. Tried force-closing, clearing data, reinstalling, scrolling to the bottom - still dead. Never made it into the app on a fresh Android install. Can't recommend until it's fixed.

Went through the whole "intro" process and then it froze up and wouldn't go on. Uninstalled, reinstalled, same thing again. Oh, and turns out it's not free anyway. I will NOT pay for an app! yuka is free and way easier to deal with.

when I was setting up I tried to click "no I don't want coaching" but every time I did it said I clicked yes and wouldn't let me click no then tryed to get me to pay for it when I didn't want it if I could I would give it 0 stars.
Pay for this but I cannot sign in
says I get a 14 day free trial (instead of 7) if I send an app link to 1 friend. I've done it 3 times and it still isn't registering it. I should get 21 days now...
makes you have to pay for everything. not worth it, healthy foods are already expensive enough why should i have to pay for more just to see whats healthy and isnt

I like the idea and videos I've seen but forcing users to a free trial subscription with no way to skip it seems shady as hell. I'm sure a lot will forget about it and get charged. I'll pass until you allow users to bypass this.

not free. It offers a free trial, but you must subscribe in order to start the free trial. The questionnaire wasn't designed to do anything. I answered "never" to processed food, canned food, and another bad item I can't remember now. The result came out in the red zone, 29%. Apparently my eating habit is bad and that the app can help to achieve 90%. I went back and changed my answers to "sometimes", the result came out the same. So dumb. I'm going back to just reading the ingredients
I am requesting a refund. I like the idea of this app, especially since it flags seed oils and other things that other apps overlook. My main issue with it since accidentally paying for the annual subscription is I can no longer see any items I've scanned or see anything I have added to my pantry. I also feel like once you scan an item the entire response & info of the item is AI generated which bothers me. Haven't gotten anywhere with cust. service besides "we're going to fix it" to no avail.
Wouldn't let me skip the coach offer, no matter how many times you click it, it instead presses accept offer and forces you to put your card info in before you can even use it. Fix your app or remove this bait and switch tactic.

When I tried to get out of that screen and press that gray text, it takes me to that payment screen where it's for free, but it doesn't let me escape this screen, making me stuck on a infinite rabbit hole, where I'm stuck on a screen where i get things for free, even if I dont want them. This app needs a lawsuit because of their annoying anger bait.
I really did love this app. Before my technical issues that Olive will not resolve I would have rated it a 5 stars. I paid for the whole year, but suddenly I'm logged out and I can't sign in. It keeps saying "Developer Error". I reached out to Olive multiple times and they have been very unresponsive. I've gotten two emails back within almost two months of trying to resolve this issue. Very disappointed.
App logged me out, won't log me back in, support won't respond after their initial automatic Indian apology message, and I uninstalled/reinstalled because I have already paid for an annual subscription but now it is making me go through all the questions again. This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.
it won't let me use the app unless I pay and I can't avoid anything...in very small writing it has a "no thank you for free trial bonus" but they put it under your screen where you cant even tap it. it just keeps directing you to tap on the link or by tapping.your home screen button. annoying. love the concept but NOT free and scammy vibes. deleted within 2 minutes.
Hard pass on an immediate sub, seems their model is do the free trial and hope you forget. My experience with this type of app is that they will fight you on refunds if you forget a day after it ends. May be great, but the relevant reviews are saying the opposite. Back to figuring out my Yuka login problem. 1 star for the survey data they collect before they launch their sub commitment and add-ons trap. Dirty tactic for data collection.
