nothing is very transparent here and virtually everything feels like a scam

Got lied to and charged and when I complained to olive with a detailed description and copied username they simply replied (and im paraphrasing here) "oh well, we cant do anything about our users and wont" awful service and they refuse to help or take action in any way shape or form big or small. try another app, this isnt the one for you. EDIT (notice how they comment sounding so sincere now? yeah it's all just more lies to save face, scam app with no real help)
Good evening TopLive support I discover my account got banned couple of minutes ago,I’m new on the app I started the registration today I’m sure I didn’t violate any rules and regulations of the app ,I haven’t stream with any user yet Please unbanned my account ,I promise to be more careful and watchful next time I promise never to go against your rules and regulations,I only got this app as the only means of survival Please unbanned my account
