Follow is such trash you should avoid this bank unless you like to be discriminated against, and potentially fraudulent practices. just go to your local credit union. this bank with this faulty app does not care about you at all, and this is based on unfortunate real experiences. shame Ollo. Shame on you. people be careful out there. Sharks like Ollo in the water smell your blood.

For a credit card app, the main feature is to be able to log in, then see balance or pay bills. This app doesn't function that way.
have been trying to log in for the past 2-3 day's and it's just loading deleted and reinstall still not working. I still don't know why Ally sold out to Merrick, had Merrick b4 & wasn't happy then or now. In this day & age how have does a company doesn't have a functional app. Very disappointed & not impressed instead of fixing the app issues these generic replies about calling customer service for assistance just blows me. Current goal is to pay this card off.

Autofill has been disabled?! As a software developer, that makes me cringe... So, password managers can't be used with this app. That right here should scare anyone away. I don't generally like closing out credit lines, but this might be the last straw...
Terrible app experience so far. I was transitioned over to Ollo from Ally. The Ollo app has the ugliest and most poorly functioning user experience I've seen in a long time. You submit a payment, and your balance never updates. You can't get detailed transaction info, and you can't even chat within the app. I really liked this card with Ally, and their app for it was great. But now I've gone from content to utterly dissatisfied.
app is amateur at best. horrible functionality. you could go look at the ally app you replaced to get an idea of where to start to improve customer experience

This app hasn't work correctly since the company switch from ally to ollo
I have two accounts from Ally. On one account, made a full payment before the auto pay a week before, but the auto pay still tried to go, unlike with Ally, making an NSF. Now that bank is blacklisted and cannot be used for single payments, even the 2nd Ally/Ollo account. The 2nd card's auto pay with that bank still works fine. Now they require a letter from the bank certifying the account is in good standing. This is not friendly for rebuilding credit. CapOne just runs it again and all is well.
I've trying for 2 days to get this app to open to pay my bill and it just spins.
This app never opens it just spins and says connection error. Retry later. Yes, I tried uninstall several times and same error.
Cannot login to the app. keeps saying invalid information. I copied and pasted the info from my password manager. same thing. I manually type what I have in nothing. no matter what I do it says invalid. the web page works fine. tried uninstalling and reinstalled it still nothing. I have run out of ideas.

It won't allow me to login, it just sits there with the spinning circle. I've cleared the cache, force stopped it, and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing seems to work. Update: So I called the number you provided me, and the woman says they have no access to the account and they would not be able to help me. So I'm guessing you people don't know what you're doing.
Just like the other Merrick app. won't open. won't work. can't use the app, no matter how many times I reinstall the app. so frustrating and obnoxious.

The app won't launch after installation. Uninstalling and reinstalling it twice did not solve the problem. I will use the Ally app until it becomes unusable.
Can't log in at all on the app, have to go to the ollo website to log into my account and make payments.
Definitely not the best credit card app. Not very user friendly. After clicking on something in the drop down menu it's not always easy to get back. I often have either close the app or hit "switch account" to do something else. I've been using the app for just a short time since my Ally account switched over. In that time there have been multiple instances where I was unable to log in for an entire day or even two. That is unacceptable.
I was an Ally customer, but Ollo bought them and never sent me an updated card because I keep my cards locked. Which makes no sense, because you would be canceling the old card to send a new card anyway? I unlocked the card like it said to, a month later, they still haven't sent me a new card! So I call customer service and my phone (T-Mobile) says "the number you are calling is likely a scam, hang up the phone now." It freaked me out, so I did. Honestly, a horrible first impression.

Absolutely horrid app. Slow to load. Often breaks password managers because it reports itself as "localhost" instead of the actual app ID. I couldn't even activate my new card because it said the expiration date wasn't valid. Finally ended up having to log into the website to activate (with the same expiration, mind you.)
I used to be able to use Google password auto fill to automatically fill in my username and password but since the new bank took over and I have to use the new app I can't do that anymore. Since I use 10 digit randomly generated passwords which are impossible to remember. I have to go look up the password write it down (it includes small and capitol letters, numbers and symbols) the manually enter it then destroy the paper I wrote it on. This is a huge pain!! I really hope they fix it!
