全く使えない入力してもログインできません！
このアプリには非常にがっかりしています。最初はお金を払う前は毎日たくさんのマッチやメッセージが届いていました。しかし、15,000円を支払った途端、マッチが一切来なくなり、いいねも使い切ってしまって、何をするにもお金がかかる状態です。本当にこのアプリはひどいと感じており、皆さんには絶対にお勧めしません。このアプリを使わないことを強くお勧めします。

Omiaiでプロフィールを何度も変更しようとしましたが、毎回審査で却下されました。内容を変えて試しましたが改善されず、カスタマーサポートにも問い合わせたところ、具体的な理由は「案内できない」と明確に拒否されました。同じプロフィールはPairsやBumbleでは問題なく使えています。 さらに、アプリのインターフェースも使いにくいため、プレミアム会員を解約し、今後はPairsを利用することにしました。

You cannot sent ou receive messages from ppl you match without paying, you have to register your passport or citizen card then you can pay for subscription, if not, you cannot do anything, you cannot post any Social media IDs you have, they force you to pay, DON'T INSTALL THIS APP, if you are a foreigner, women don't need to pay, forget equal rights, this app is for Japanese only!
バグだらけの屑。あと、開発者は差別主義者だと思う。

有料会員だとすぐに退会できない仕様なので注意が必要です。付き合った時自分だけすぐに退会できずに気まずい雰囲気になりました。 あと、アプリがめちゃくちゃ重くて使いづらいです。

ビジネスの人ばっかで萎えます。 有料プランがあるクセにマトモに管理されていないアプリだと感じました。

お金の無駄!!
アプリが全く起動しません。再インストールもしましたし携帯も再起動したのですが変化はなく。そもそも使えないので星はゼロあげたいぐらいです。
I don't normally leave reviews but this app is genuinely so dogshit I just had to write one. 1. No English support so good luck foreigners 2. Everything is locked or limited behind a paywall. Send one message but then you can't read or send another until you pay an absurdly high price 3. And finally the WORST. When you decide you want to leave there is no account deletion. They just tell you to private you account??? And you can't even delete your pictures because you "need a main picture"?

本人確認されてる偽プロフィールの業者ばっかり。この状況だと使う価値全くないから、どうかしてください
変なのばっか。業者しかマッチングしない。まともな人とマッチングしない。ミッションクリアで無料のでメッセージ交換できるので、課金損のリスクは低い。
this App not working It's say not responding
Awful. They refuse to accept my profile intro multiple times for reasons unknown, and they even read a message I sent to another user and blocked it, saying it was 'inappropriate' (It wasn't at all). This is a complete SCAM! By far the worst app I have used. Stay away, save your cash and use a different app that actually respects it's users. Also no English. It's 2021, what a joke.

Complete scam. You can't do jack unless you shell out 35+ effing dollars per month. And even then 99% of profiles are fake. They just bait you to pay. 詐欺野郎め！
ニュース情報漏れです。退会します。これから問題があったら、ネットマーケティングは責任者！

既婚者の排除が全然出来てません。何度も報告上げましたが口先だけでまともな対応してくれません。所詮アプリと言えばそれまでですが、身辺調査があまく浮気リスクがあり危険なのでオススメしません。時間無駄にしただけでした。
keep stopping and cannot use
さくらor迷惑アカ 多すぎませんか？ No nameという名前のアカウントと英名（Lily）などのアカウントは漏れなく迷惑アカです。体感で新規会員の10人に1人が該当します。
認証周りの実装が拙すぎる android 端末で電話番号認証→ipadでも電話番号認証→android でログアウトされる→android でログインしようとしてもずっとローディング また、FB認証したらその端末ではずっとそのアカウントでしか入れない web版からはアカウント連携ができないし、設定画面の要素をいくつかdisplay:noneで隠している（セブンペイと一緒） ボットか人かわからないが、返信は多い（課金する前に認証周りでごたついたので内容が見れていない） あまりにも実装が拙いので課金するのが怖くてやめた
立ち上がらない
高過ぎし多くの写真は本物ではないです。Too expensive, many photos aren't real, doesn't allow searching for English speakers. Waste of time and money. Not only you have to pay for a time subscription that costs ~2000円/月 but to send a "like" you have to use points, in the end costing between 500~850円! Then some functions require paying for a "premium pack". Crazy expensive, especially compared with Tinder.
無料だと書いてありますが、相手のメールを読みたいと言ったら一ヶ月何千円です。それで会員になると、他のユーザーにメールするとなぜ返事してくれないかとわからないですね。おそらく会員ではないから返事できないでしょう。自分がそいう場合でメールをもらうと、返事しないことはちょっと気持ち悪いので相手のメールを無視しない方が正しいと感じる方が多いと思います。こういうかたちです。無料で使えると本当に思った方はお金を払わないと他人に傷つけちゃうという状態になる。他があるので他を使うほうがいいと思います。
有料会員になった上に更に課金してポイントを購入しないとメッセージすら送れない。 にも関わらず料金説明のページではそれが非常に分かりにくく誤解を招いていると思います。 私は今後使いませんし知り合いにも他サービスを勧めます。

Unlike other apps, like Pairs, you can't verify age without a Japanese passport or driver's license, and everything, even replying to your matches is tied to that. The customer support staff won't work with you to try to get you verified with credentials issued outside of Japan, despite the fact that I'm living in Japan for the next three years and am.30+. Poor business decision.

This app is basically an overpriced and pale attempt of a copy of tinder. Only desparate people will subscribe in an app just for messaging and I am sure they are betting on unlucky anti-social people. Plainly bad

Doesn't focus on service and hooking up women and men, instead it constantly nags men for more money. Highly annoying, and no benefit. Tinder is WAY better.
