I uninstall the app because it was forcing me to buy a saving card costing 20 euros. I was unable to delete it, so I left the site
If the installation is already a problem, can't put my name in, how will it work than I book a train. This app is a nightmare! Sorry, please fix it.
they write that the ticket is refundable and can be rebooked and if you try to rebook they tell you that it is not possible. I booked with them istead of booking directly with DB l, which was cheaper by the way, in order to be able to make a change if needed
They could not place my wife and I together on a first class train ticket. They said they have no way to select seats. You don't find this out until after you book. I went to the train's own site and booked seats together. They still kept my $10 service fee when I cancelled, even though no "Service" was provided!
what the hell is this. It didn't have the tickets online for you. Just a broken link to download them that did not work. The train station cashier rolled her eyes when she saw the app. Told me she's always getting problems with that. Didn't work on my wife's mobile either.
Terrible customer service and an even worse cancellation and support system. When something goes wrong, the platform is designed to avoid responsibility rather than help the customer. The process is confusing, unhelpful, and built in a way that makes it extremely difficult to get proper support or a fair resolution. A travel platform should make problems easier to solve, not harder. Instead, this app creates extra frustration at exactly the moment customers need real assistance. The lack of acco
I've been trying to get a reimbursement for two months now, and still no positive results. The customer care has been initially responsive but now they just ignore my requests to get updated about the status of the reimbursement procedure. I'm completely disappointed and will get my tickets directly from company websites or apps NOT THROUGH THIS SORT OF COMMISSION GRABBING APP!
very bad application pay alot more than others
If you like being embarassed with having the wrong seat numbers on your app. I bought 4 tickets to travel to Madrid. At least the email showed me the right seat numbers. App told me carriage 2 with seats 9 through 12. carriage 2 has numbers in the hundreds, then the email showed me my seats were all over the place. I get it, but APP, show me the right seats!!! didn't I just download an app to not use my email?
Scammers, atleast in Iceland.. charge me 40 Euros for a ticket that costs 25 and when refunded 40 back they refund 7... Complete scam AVOID!!!
3945658 I bought a ticket which could be exchanged according to the Ts&Cs... Then a few days later, I had another appointment so needed an earlier train. the app would not allow it. they told me to use another computer. it didn't work. it allowed me to change the return date and time. I was told to buy another ticket, send evidence then they'll refund the original. then they said they can't as it's another journey. But it's same start & end. Now I need to claim it back. Edited. No email so far

Buying tickets are great, but getting them changed cost me hours of frustration via "live chat"--kept getting Omio Customer Support has left the chat" messages--and no promised email responses. Either that or "Sorry for the inconvenience" messages every time
