They need a new team to design the app. The app itself is slow and clunky. I have a S25 ultra. Home page needs more info so that it shows the amount of money that each plan has and where it's currently invested in. It shouldn't be as difficult as it is to switch from ALL of my current investment to a newer one. Do yourselves a service and the people using the app, & look at other apps such as wealth simple and take a thing or two from them. I would fire whoever is currently in charge of the app.

This app is not very good. It has separate tabs for group insurance and group retirement savings, but it will not keep me signed in to both. Every time I open the app I am met with frustration because of sign-in difficulties. Even the biometric sign-in feature somehow fails regularly.

since the update, I have been unable to launch the app. it keeps requesting that I update and won't proceed beyond that point.
Don't really enjoy the app navigation. I am have downloaded the latest version but I am still being asked to download again

The app hasn’t been launching since the update on March 9th. It keeps prompting me to “Open in App Store to update.” When I update, I get the same error. I’ve cleared the cache, but the issue persists.

Terrible app. Screen flickers when scrolling and logs you out at random. Exactly what I would expect from Desjardins.
very inefficient app. Should show daily matket, daily gain and loss and automatically show conversation of amount to %. One needs to make changes as per market value but without seeing value you can't make right decisions. plus 360 view doesn't load.
nothing happens after login
How does this app have such a high rating? Its garbage. can never login without some sort of issue. Need to recover username or reset password evreytime. So I set up finger print authentication, that worked twice. Now im back to trying to login manually. User name or password never match. Goodluck with this app its as useful as the garbage insurance company running it.

Horrible app. Had to call the office and try to input the group and certificate numbers repeatedly. Uninstalled and re-installed a number of times, but old canceled plan numbers keep repopulating app. No benefit card appears either. Garbage.
still no working biometrics login
it doesn't even open. blank white screen or login and another blank screen. tried few times same thing.
I have been trying to get past the fingerprint screen and it won't let me...it says enable finger print, you enable it, and it still says enable fingerprint... I clicked not now and it brought me to choose group benefits or savings..I chose group benefits....logged it...choose a file ..and nothing happens.... can't access anything on this app

what wrong with this app!! I have been trying to open this app for the last week, and it's not working at all. getting a white blank screen. I tried connecting customer care, and they said that its a known issue, and they are working on it, and fixing it will be available soon. bt it's been one week!! Why the hell do u have an app for this purpose. Remove the app from here if the website is only working. just now, I tried to uninstall and install it, and after onwards, it's not even logging in!

Impossible to find a coverage booklet, I have to do claims per treatment for the same dentist appointment. Basically making it harder and harder to make claims
Asked for my biometric data but still forces me to put in a password every time. Redundant and useless. You might as well go to the website instead.

Desjardins is junk...they have bad customer service and products...Just go to Tangerine instead!!! $$$ better prices and products than any place

The app won't work when you need it. Most of the time it's down.
The application is a web wrapper on the website with no extra features, infact it is a pain to use. Setting up goals does not work. The top bar takes extra space. Better stick to the mobile browser version of the site instead of this application.

Doesn't let me choose any options when claiming "other" service, I get a blank screen. Desjardins always knows how to disappoint.
