I have been using the Omron Model HEM-7194T1-FLB for a month now; however, even when Bluetooth is connected, the app does not display the reading immediately-and sometimes it doesn't show it at all. Furthermore, the method of maintaining records within the app is inadequate. The app needs to be updated and improved so that every individual reading taken is clearly visible; average readings are of little use, and it becomes a hassle when trying to report specific readings to the doctor over time.

your app is an absolute fraud just to steal data I thought device will connect in bluetooth and data goes to mobile then after using it came to know I need to take picture and this app uses it frauds i will just use Google lens then why should I give you my data and take picture of the reading. if I receive any ads related to you and I have deliberately given a crafted email if I get any ads it's only on you as it's just created for this sign up alone get ready to be sued.

Unable to detect most of the time
something wrong with the app ? why it keeps logging out of my account, why do we always have to keep on re logging back ??

always asks for update and it will not complete the installation quickly
the connection from de device to phone app is bad. Some times the data transfer is ok but other days you can waits days to next connection. The device y good, the software is really bad.

Bloatware filled near pointless excuse for an App. Yes it works, which is why its getting one star as I expect as much given the pricey machine. Useless bloatware of points, members club with a patethic excuse of a tracking graph that doesn't even provide color coding for readings. Then to add insult to injury they try to upsell you on a 'BP Diary' which has basic functionality you expect from the app itself. When they are replaced by they will have themselves and their customer service to blame

Completely ruined a great medical device. Avoid this update. I’ve been using my Omron blood pressure monitor for a long time, but the latest app update has made the entire experience incredibly frustrating. Syncing data used to be instant; now, it takes forever just to connect and record a single reading. App UI is not very user friendly with confusing icons as others have said. Please make it easier to access "All Recorded Data" with its own icon or shortcut.

It is impossible to acknowledge or delete the message the app sent us to inform about the change of the app icon. Since then, we have an eternal notification in the phone, in the app icon and in the app itself. This must be sloppiest quality control instance in software publishing ever. Otherwise, the app is fantastic. It's ability to scan an older Omron device's screen with the phone camera is both brilliant and obvious. Afterall, OCR is a decades old technology.
