Well, there's been an issue with OTB every single holiday we've booked with them over the past five years/five hols but, they're the cheapest so, we just had to put up & shut up because, I became soooo tired of battling them then, them lacking responsibility, care & support toward us! As soon as my job hires me from volunteering, I'll 100% be booking with someone else, who I can afford!
since my update this app won't let me sign on.. can't pay my holiday off
Took three attempts to create account and a further two to login; I'd have given zero stars if possible. Very frustrating. Also, I can't see my booking and the online chat is way too busy. They are a "hip and cool bunch" though, so that's alright.
bought holiday for 3k then,then they contacted me 2 days before flying saying that my flights are over booked, asking me to pay 1k extra for new flights to fly to a different airport. spent 12 hours trying to chat to them but they just transferring me from 1 person to another.
I've downloaded the app to track my holiday and there's no way of finding my bookng
AVOID if you have an Android phone!! The price listed is not the price you’ll pay as they'll make u jump through hoops to pay using something called 'SmartBook' that only Apple phone users can use.
app wont allow me to log into my account but I'm able to online... doesn't make sense xxxxx
when trying to book hotel only it comes up with Web page not available please can you help with this other than that the app is great but it won't let me book a hotel been trying for a few days now
gave me a offer then raised the price
the app is so annoying! you click on a deal only to be told there's no availability. SO WHY SHOW ME THE DEAL?????????
put my dates in but keeps going to an earlier date when we cant travel and wont allow to change.
