This app is terrible. It forces you to buy "gems" in order to chat with people. So, you get all of these people who send you a message and then you can't answer them without gems. Once the gems are done for the day, you can't answer them until the next day when the app gives you 10 gems. By that time, most of the interested parties are gone. I paid $21.99 + tax for this service and I am still required to buy more gems in order to talk to people. It's a shame because this could be a good app.

Attempting to reset my password but every password reset email just takes me back to log in. never yet been able to get to a reset screen. cannot log in.

i been disappointed with this app! All this time, i thought i met the right people and right partner to spend the rest of my lives with. Until, i just saw all the remarks from all other people, saying SCAM!! Even, i am member, i still keep paying so much money on gems to keep the conversation going! I really need my money back!! Very disappointing!!

If I could put this app as a 0 star I would because when you get the subscription for premium it says unlimited chats but then it wants you to buy gems to keep talking to people. this app is just getting money out of people
Biggest load of (insert word here) I've had the displeasure or trying. Gems required to speak to "popular members"! Sure everyone is a "popular member". The only reason it's 1 star is because the review doesn't go any lower
$$$$$ You can make a free profile, and get to talk to guys for five minutes, then nothing. You can't do anything on the app, unless you want to pay $30/month. That's absurd.

Lasted 5 minutes before I realised I was talking to bots. Responsive men with all the perfect answers but could not answer anything in any detail or make it personal at all. So gross that an app would create their own fake accounts.
I tried it out and deleted it not so long after. I didn't realize I had to pay for gems to continue talking to users 🙃 and also, it's definitely got fake profiles.
have to buy gems to talk to people on there or just wait till u randomly get 10 to 60 gems. reached out to customer support about it and they said it was to help fund them but you already have to pay a good bit to be a premium member so there is no need for this gems to chat thing. that's why im giving it one star. because im sick and tired of it, reached out to support for it and they pretty much told me that they won't make the chatting free.

Total Scam! They make you buy gems to continue conversations, even after paying for premium! I thought there might be a chance, so I spent $35 and no one would use my number. It's a ploy waiting for a lawsuit. Bot profiles that lure you in.

I read on a reddit page that once you match with someone you have 24 hours to communicate with this person then you can no longer communicate. I just joined today and when I matched with someone after sending a couple of messages to each other I was no longer able to send this person a message without paying for a subscription.

Absolutely a fake. Matches right away and the girls are texting back right away? Fake. You ask them out and they say "I need more time". Fake. You need to pay to message? Hell no.
I paid 29.99 for 1 month. , so i could have access to chat with people, and as I was chatting with a very nice man, all of a sudden, it says you must spend more money on more gems, if you want to keep talking to him So serendipity, I hope he can find me on another app because i'm not going to keep paying for something I already paid to use for a month waste of money

it's a good app if you like paying money for a fake gem currency and the chance to talk to "popular matches" that likely aren't real. Don't do what I did and read the bad reviews before giving this app a shot. It wastes little time in dangling promising matches in front of you and charging extra on top of a membership in order for you to have a chance at talking to the supposedly non-catfish popular matches for more than a couple of messages.
Feels like a paywall trap The app encourages engagement, then locks conversations behind multiple paywalls. I paid for premium expecting it would cover messaging, but I’m still being asked to pay more. This pricing model is frustrating and not transparent. I’ve requested a refund and will pursue a chargeback if it’s not resolved.

if I could leave 0 stars, I would. the app is full of bots. you have to pay for gems to talk to someone. even if you get a premium subscription, you need gems. you can send one free message. Tried to get my money back by contacting customer service and she told me that "lots of people respond differently to messages." as if I've never spoken to another human. She told me that there are no AI bots on their app, when clearly most of them are AI. -_- 0/5 don't waste your time or money.

Scammers every where, thankfully my bank helped, but not without having to cancel cards prove my ID and all sorts. Waiting on new bank cards and such now. These apps should be banned.
