couldnt redeem coupon. its a shame they dont tell you that you have 60 seconds to scan the barcode, and they don't give you a second chance to redeem it. wanted a free cappuccino but I guess thats not going to happen. I Uninstaller after my friend had me download. Casey's app is better

they decided to add the game room, which is trash and makes the whole app slow. they wiped all my saved coins as well. they never should have updated it like this

Requires me to enter my full phone number in order to look at the basic details of individual stores. It's very malicious and makes me very uncomfortable. Uninstalled.

Only time this app worked correctly was when it was first installed. Customer service is a joke and the only help you get otherwise is a Frequently Asked Questions page. You click the link and the site doesn't even work. In addition to that, you can't even link your Kickback card properly to see your point total or to transfer an old card's data to a new one.
Deleted app soley for the price of a refill 32oz coffee... I can go ½ mile more to 7 eleven and pay 97¢.

I dont understand the rewards. I just signed up. Put $90 in gas. And only got 39 points? I figured it would at least be 1 point per $1.

My pointe vanished while logged in and your app asked me to resign up and now my points are gone
Tired of every company forcing people to download apps to get the same deals they were giving without them. Also the ui is atrocious. Have to click every category to look at the deals because everything is constantly moving which takes even more time and data.
All them pumps all them cash registers still takes 30 minutes to get in and out
The only thing I wanted the app for it doesn't offer. Pretty useless app unless your into coupons.
The employee was tresspassing with any violation mouth had. Riot of just a loan holder 2004-2022 owes 300% accounting pollygragh 300% everhrhing you say or 300% everything you do.
I disabled notifications through Android system settings, and now every time I open the app I am prompted to enable notifications. There is no option within the app to disable notifications, so you're stuck with an annoying notification every time you open the app.
Crashes everytime I try to add a loyalty card
It was cool at first I was able to get free items but recently I can't anymore I will get message thru the app hey coffee is free today for example I'll go make or grab what's supposed to be free scan the barcode nothing I have to pay for it I'll say hey it's supposed to be free the cashier says it didn't pop up and really frustrating they don't know how to work the app or honor what the app says so I'll end up paying for it or putting it back also seems not to update.
You have to have a second app just for the gas part. Like we don't have enough apps on our phones already
