The most difficult card to use in store or online. its a clever tactic not allowing customers to use the card with smaller amount remaining on it, eventually a loophole to take the leftover funds. Not allowing people to use the card if purchase exceeds card amount, is absolutely diabolical. Have asked family/friends to avoid gifting this card.
cant sign in with Google in app
zero stars. I've had money on the app since last year at least and ai just can't get into it. I never receive a verification code. Customer service has told me to download the app again and i'm no further forward.
23 March '26 update broke the app as others are reporting. Couldn't add card to Google Pay, then after trying to reset the app, it no longer lets me back in. SMS code can't be entered, did they even test this before releasing a broken update? 25 March update checked on 28th April: SMS entry field still broken. Ridiculous how their customer service team blame the end user and just ignore the main problem.

Absolutely Awful, the digital gift card payment never every works!! I have been let down so many times by the App!! Yet again today it didnt work & I am standing frustrated at a hotel reception & the hotel does accept One4all. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS APP OR BUY THEM

I purchase a lot of cards & have difficulty spending them online as I can't merge cards, cards need to cover more than the checkout total. So, if you have a card, for e.g, with small amounts left, you can't use them for purchases. I have given this feedback lots of times am & not gotten anywhere via telephone, email, developer email, now the App Store. Please, can you get something fixed? I want to buy something today. I have enough on multiple cards, as I need item today I have more multi cards

I'm on version 4.0.1. To login, it sends and SMS, but I can't enter it in the app. There's no way to select the text box so the keyboard would popup. I've tried rebooting my phone and reinstalling the app. I've got a pin and biometrics set up, and NFC enabled. So basically I can't use the app at all.
Unable to add cards to Google wallet recently. The core functionality of the app is broken
After the recent update this month, can't add cards to Google wallet so cards are unusable. Can't believe they still haven't sorted this issue out as it seems like so many others are affected. poor.
can't sign in because they're is no choice to sign in with google (how I orginally set up my account.) Now I'm lock out because I can't use my email or set up an account 🫠
Updated the app and it required me to login again with an email and password. At the next sign in step it required an SMS code for verification, however the text field to enter the code was not responsive. Restarting the phone and reinstalling the app did not solve the issue. This bug makes the current verion 4.0.1 of the app unusable. At least for me.
NOT WORKING SINCE UPDATE 02/APR/26. There was a compulsory update that prevents cards being added to Google Wallet, making the app useless. One4All need to fix this issue immediately and stop ignoring complaints.

Don't know how anyone got into this app, signing in doesn't work.
The use of the gift cards are extremely limited, most retailers block the cards anyway, and the ones which are supported are not the best choices. Borderline scam.
Card came damaged so I couldn't read the CVC. Can't use the card or check the balance. Customer support form on the website fails with an "application error". There seems to be no way to contact them.

I've been trying all afternoon and evening to get the gift card that was sent to me as a present to work but it's not working. It was already difficult to create the account. Now the app doesn't log in with my account even though it logs in on the website. Absolutely difficult and the technology is not working. I can log in on the website but I want to use the gift card in store so I need to log in on the app which is not letting me log in. Just a waste of time

Awful! Every time I use One 4 All, I seem to have nothing but problems. They are great at taking your money in the first place, but trying to get vouchers linked and then spend them has been a nightmare. I tried to spend a £100 voucher, via the app in Zizzi's last year. The manager, some other staff, and myself, wasted almost the entire family meal time we were there trying to figure out how to use it from the app, and in the end I had to pay the £100 in cash. so many problems!
useless app. can't log in. terrible help centre, no suitable options and the help it does provide isn't really help, just implied accusations it must be you or your phone that's the issue. The whole process is terrible. you should be ashamed. never using you again.

I created an online account using my Gmail account but I can never use the details to log in to the app. I have tried calling customer service and got nowhere. Messages are not responded to and the virtual gift card I received in June 2025 I still cannot spend! someone help!

I would have given -5 if I could. absolute rubbish and non functional app. I can't log in via the app, so I cant see the cards and I cant use them. I have checked my details million times and I could log in via the browser but that's no good to me. Customer service is pretty basic.. no help from anywhere..
