WARNING!!!!!! added cash once. can not add more. fraud . do not buy. misleading. now blocked. 2 different accounts. no access. still not satisfied. run around for hours. still can't access account. extremely unsatisfied. DO NOT use. DO NOT TRUST. High rate of complaints. 1 out of 5 -0000. WARNING!!!!! massive runaround. still have my money. don't speak understandable English . many hours. no resolution.
do not trust them they don't give you your bonus back they are doing the fraud

this bank sucks because they let someone steal money from you an don't even return the money they just allow that person to get away with it sad this app don't use unless they know how to fix there own mistakes
They say plus members get up to 200 in overdraft protection but they don't provide it. It's an out of country bank that lies to you. And then when you change jobs and your new job doesn't do direct deposit, they take even more away from you. Also when you do photo deposit of your checks through them, it takes forever for them to deposit your money. I will be canceling my account after years of being with them.

Tried to make a purchase and was turned down
It wont let me log in. it sends code to my phone but not the email on file. I keep pushing resend but still nothing. Also no options for support or anything. Quite a waste of my time !
it's not letting me sign in
they took money from my account and couldn't tell me where it went. so they steal your money!

I couldn't even set up my account because whenever I put in my address it stopped me and said this is a business address please enter a residential address I live in an apartment complex
unable to remove payment method
there seems to be a glitch where the login link expires within 10 seconds and says that it is supposed to expire after 10 minutes. Those causes me to not be able to access my funds and the app useless.

hate this card
this app has gone down hill since adding all this unuseful stuff into it. it deleted my linked bank account now I can't even used it to transfer funds into the one account. I went and readded the bank and it still won't work. this company is taking on to much at once.
