If I wasn't get 10¢ a gal off on gas for using their Walmart plus account which is tied to the MasterCard, I would close the account and probably will at the end of my subscriber yr with Walmart+ just because of the fact the only way they want to do business is in a totally ZHC(Zero Human Contact) autonomous business mode

worst experience ever. instant pay that took over 12 hours. One@Work was a much better app. disappointed you fixed something that wasn't broken and made it horrible.
Customer support is terrible. My account is closed it is under fraudulent investigation but now they tell me conveniently, when I got paid that the account was open and someone is taking money from my account.

This account was great when I first got it to pair with my Walmart + subscription. Eventually, I was offered the "Builder Card" to help repair my credit. 3+ months into using the builder card instead of the great features of the debt card that I now no longer have access to, I am done with this fintech nightmare. They haven't credited a single payment from the lockbox so it looks like a runaway ever increasing balance! It also stopped reporting & their customer service is clearly India based 🙄
my problem isn't with the app. I just want to go on here to PREVENT everyone from using onepay. they take your money and claim it's in a savings that isn't the savings in the app. if your card is declined, the money you were trying to spend is kept and the money isn't with the merchant and it'll take up to 7 days to get it back. yes, they decline even though you have money in your account. the app is separate from the actual "bank". I was forced to use onepay to be paid working with spark.
wouldn't recommend. for starters I've been using them for nearly 3 months. each week I have $600 - $1100 deposited from my job and am still stuck at the $25 advance and the $20 overdraft max. it's honestly ridiculous. would not recommend and will be switching banks ASAP
don't i get a running balince statement with the card ar I have to blindly auto pay???
why dont you have a fraud detection center? google even says you have a high probability factor with fraud. your system is too soft and weak. probably just change banks, your only solution is to send cards, ive been waiting a month now!!! USE A DIFFERENT BANKING SYSTEM.
I bought this card from Walmart and added $100 on the card while in Walmart. Needless to say, I was unable to activate the card without setting up an account that required my social security #. I only wanted to use MY own $100, which I added, but my social security # was required? I then revisted 2 Walmart stores and I also called Walmart customer. They all refused to refund my money. The card does not state that a social security # is required in order to access your money. Buyer Beware!
Do not recommend! Terrible app. The fraudulent activity is the worst. After doing an entire investigation on a fraudulent purchase on my account proving that my account was used unauthorized, this company did not refund my funds and I had to switch my direct deposit to keep my money safe. Will not ever be using this again.
Horrible!! I have good credit & used onepay at one time with no issues. Tried to use onepay to buy an item for 59$ and they did a hard pull on my credit then denied me!! Everyone & their brother use this & are accepted. I know of people who have BAD credit that use onepay ALL the time!!! I'm deleting the App & will NEVER use it again or recommend it... absolutely ridiculous 🙄
OnePay lacks a real-time running balance in the app, so many users, specifically Walmart Spark Drivers experience issues tracking unexpected balance changes or math discrepancies. I believe this is a deceptive business practice. A work around is, Do Not Use OnePay. Have your Walmart Spark Driver Pay deposited once a week into an Actual legit banking application that shows real time running balance after each transaction. Double Check your pay people. Don't use OnePay.
terrible app. never works, have to open it million times just to be able to look at my credit card transactions. I clock on it and notify happens.
on may 3rd my family and I were disrespected at a hotel we were at. the manager treated us as if we were criminals just for being in the room till noon which was the time we were told to leave by the company we booked thru. now one pay got my dispute wrong and as I talked to Jamie the onepay supervisor she made sure I felt like a fool and disrespected me repeatedly also. if I can't get my money back for reasons disputes exist, I will just close my account and advocate against OnePay. SHAME!
it's make me have 2 recreate my account starting 2 think all the mobile banks have that same BS🙄😒

I do not like the website. it is confusing to me. I can not find anywhere on it that tells me what rewards have or have earned. Or how to earn them.
