nul. je ne peux plus répondre à mes clients car j'ai atteints une limite qui n'a été mentionné nul part. donc j'ai perdu une journée à vous installer mes contact chez eux ..... perte de temps, pleins de conditions cachés, personne en SAV. je ne comprends même pas que ce service éclaté au sol fonctionne encore.

Automated support with generic responses even by email. Impossible to activate the number in roaming while that's the biggest use case for a virtual number. The app seems to hang when trying to activate via SIM call, seems it never receives/dials in the background. No other methods for activation. Horrendous service and a waste of time in my case. And don't tell me to contact support all you get is automated messages.
No Indonesian number. I've been waiting since year 2015. Already over 10 years.

This application consistently demonstrates instability and delivers subpar call quality, even when all premium features are activated. Furthermore, the support services proved to be unhelpful. The billing practices lack transparency; charges are incurred even after a number is closed and the account becomes unusable. This approach seems questionable, and the support team readily confirms that users are expected to pay for services they can no longer access.
Useless app
extremely disappointed. I purchased a number to send messages and I am not able to do so. every person I sent the message did not receive it. I want a full refund

Blocked my account after being member for years. Customer support non existent, sent multiple emails no one answers. Still collects monthly subscription despite block on account. EDIT: Emailed the email provided as reply to my review. They still ignore me, can only assume it is a bot reply and no one works at this company

Probablement un des pires services clients que j'ai vu de ma vie, que des problèmes irrésolus : suppression de mon numéro --> pas possible de m'en réattribuer un autre, reçu énormément de spam dont certains depuis des numéros inconnus qu'ils ne m'ont donc pas été possible de bloquer, souscription à une option supplémentaire par erreur --> pas possible de l'annuler. Par ailleurs ils ont fortement augmenter leurs tarifs pour le même service : à fuir.
Installed it and bought a number. never managed to validate it and the support couldn't help nor reimburse me. very bad experience overall

Does not let you pick "your number" they give you list of numbers and all of them aren't even in the same state of city my location. Definitely will be deleting
phone numbers have previous users, brought a number and was spammed calls and texts for services the previous user signed up for. From the second I recieved the number from onoff ive been getting 10 spam calls a day, annoying as hell. there is no spam protection or anything inplace to stop this from happening. do not use just buy a cheap phone and a second simcard
This app is a Scam, no support to help you I purchased an US number and submitted all necessary for verification but nothing is moving and the support isn't event replying

Be carfull Sounds they are scammers ,I have paid them and was waiting to activate the number , they keep ask me to call unreachable numbers , then their support said we can not anything for you, and there is not refund I send them all prouves that I follow Thier plans, give the app full access,... But it never been activated Sounds professional scam , and they know how to do it .
Je confirme les autres avis négatifs. J'ai voulu tester malgré tout car mon téléphone ne fait pas double SIM. Et bien ça fonctionne mal. Je ne reçois pas certains appels, et quand je les reçois, l'appel met tellement de temps à "se connecter" que finalement la personne raccroche et je dois la rappeler après. Donc pas très professionnel comme usage.

Impossible to stop the subscribtion and they take more money. All the system is build to take money as much as possible.

Just another scam.
Utter scam!!! No stars fro scammers. It offers only 1 choice of country and when you chose the number it counts down 5 minutes within which you can not do anything as there is no interface to carry on then after 5 min it says you were too slow to select your number and removes all options to get any number or from any other country too as it never even gives such choice available. Utter scam!!! Is this what should be allowed on google play? Does google have any control and check over google play
Asks for ID, that is 100% not required by any law, this is a blatent privacy violation to allow them to profit off of your data. Use an app like MySudo which is more reputable & to my supprise much cheaper too. This app is both invasive & expensive, worst of both worlds. So many other better alternatives, if you just want a good price, use TextNow & pay for premium to remove ads. Overall I'm very disappointed. You should use anything else & not support companies that demand KYC.
The price increase is higher than my mobile 50gb month contract. Just not worth it, far cheaper options available in the Playstore and even SIM card deals.

I really wont suggest this app as a matter of fact their strategy is to rise their price after you suscribe. Worst part is that you dont even know how much they will increase until you receive the bill. Im very disappointed on the billing aspect! Run away from them

Validation call doesn't work
I've paid for "TWO" numbers on this site. And every time I try to send a message. Or make a call. It goes to the "We just need a few more pies of information screen. With the "CONTINUE" bar across the bottom. And freezes up there. So for a service that will take your money in 3 seconds! You'd think it shouldn't take ?? minutes to make a call. Or send text!!!! If there was a "0" stars. I would have given it that!!!!!! So purchase at your own risk!!!!!!! TextNow is ""FREE" and runs a better app.
J'ai payé hier pour un numéro u.s. Malheureusement la Sim validation ne fonctionnait pas, numero inutilisable, aucune réponse du support. On preleve l'argent avant meme de valider le numero. Je me sens lésé, Je demande un remboursement!
