Excellent app for my requirements. Fantastic customer support when needed. Update: 5/4/2026. The tracker function has been changed to Go and Track. The speed indicator is no longer on this page. Also, distance is now displayed in 1/10 mile increments instead of 1/100. Contacted Onx on 4/24/2026 about this and never received a reply. Will not be renewing my subscription as both of these changes are deal breakers for my use.

they took property lines away unless you pay $100 fee and maps are blurry when zoomed in not worth using

it's a subscription service app so automatic one star. I just needed to figure out who owned a particular parcel of land that I wanted to camp on, but unfortunately they are capitalist scum and want $15 a month.
all kinds of tracking issues when in offline mode, used to work, tech support not much help. just run me through common sense basics, every time they update it makes new issues. gonna need to find another app. as much money you pay should have the basics working at least ..
I live 1 mile from a trail that OnX marked green but the trail has signs on it no 4x4 allowed. I tried to report it on the OnX app but only given multiple choice questions to answer, none of which would be applicable to the problem. This destroys my confidence about the accuracy of OnX. Driving on these areas could get you a massive fine or confiscation of your 4x4.
won't allow login after you pay for upgrade. Constantly tries to recharge you for upgrades already paid. No customer service. DO NOT BUY anything from them.
This used to be a good app. Now it crashes too much. It tries to get me to upgrade to elite to use maps and settings I already paid for. I can't get any help or response. I know of others with the same issue. OnX y'all need to address these issues or you will lose memberships especially mine.

Absolutely terrible since update i have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling to be able to see property lines and owners.
not good at all. I downloaded it and worked goo for 1 day and then after that nothing. this is a bad app I don't like it

Incorrect info regarding name of owners, lot sizes, and a boundary line on the first few properties I looked up. Useless.

logged me out and wont let me log back in. kinda upset about it loved using this app
never accepted the free trial...still got email about 7 day enrollment
this says nothing about it being a 'free trial' until you download it, so just do not do it, as they will NOT cancel this free trial scam they just pulled on you, you HAVE to use the application to cancel AFTER your free trial runs out. They promise to return any money taken which they tell you this up front, it's a warning, because they set you up for automatic payments as soon as you install the app, they do not wait for the free trial end This application needs REMOVED from the play store.
I canceled this subscription and im still getting charged it just pulled out off my card again. enough to overdraft and add on a 30 dollar fee too now!!! very upset!

I couldn't login because I didn't have a browser to support it,it wouldn't even let me use the email option.
