dont give this app your card info. they will charge you after you cancel your subscription. (4) $16 charges and when I called to ask about it, they claimed they didnt see anything on their end. I'll never use this app again (response) this does not change the fact that it happened. more accountability and action wouldve showed me that my subscription mattered in the first place. the burden is left to me to figure out why my money is being taken for no service provided. unacceptable
kinda disappointed that they took away every single feature unless you pay for a membership. i cant even switch between satellite, hybrid, and topo anymore unless i buy a membership. you used to have at least a couple without buying one and now they even took those away. very disappointing! looks like ill be switching to spartan forge. i used to pay for onx but things have gotten tough these last few years with my grandfather getting sick and having to be his full time care taker. cant afford it

I downloaded the app for 1 time usage. Was forced to create an account. Have tried several times since that single use to delete account and the account account is still active. Seems like a scam to me
accidentally purchased this and immediately tried to cancel and get a refund, but it's not their problem so I'm out almost $38 for something I will not use.

didn't work for me
I read about all this app had to offer so I installed it to evaluate all of those offerings during a 7 day free trial. However, I found after giving my payment information that 80% of the app is inaccessible unless I immediately upgrade to "Elite". I canceled and uninstalled right away. I didn't see anything that isn't readily available in Google map layers, GIS Geographic Information Systems and any county Assessor website anyway. I really don't appreciate the bait switch.
nothing here is free....nothing. after installation/ loading takes you directly into free trial and you'll need to pay.
Completely wrong on property lines- I had a trial version which I cancelled- I have the email indicating that but was charged anyway!

I did not want to buy a subscription, I only wanted to try it. I do not want to pay for the app but can't see to unsubscribe.
i installed this app and once opened it rushed me to another site then changed my phone completely
Used to be a good app, but now has started to nickel and dime you with multiple paid tiers and is slowly moving the best features behind the 100 dollar a year tier.
needs to be updated more often. I've owned my property more than 8 months and still has the previous owner listed.
The app is completely useless unless you pay monthly, I used to use it when it first released and it was perfectly fine to use without paying for a premium subscription but now they've took away every tool that used to be free back when I first started using it
1.5 years on new parcel, still not up to date. Bought this app when buying a new parcel of land that was split. Figured it would be helpful in setting up fence etc. Our new parcel is up to date in every county map , and has been for quite some time. Yet, 1.5 years later this still doesnt reflect the parcel split. Useless.

stop updating this app, you guys screw it up every time, you guys ad some stupid money making ad and screw up a key feature of the app. its to the point i cant depend on this app and carry a Garmin hand held. this year walking in to check a couple thousand of dollars in trail cameras and none of my tracks show up on the app, the "hide on map" setting is not on, they will just not show up. also about a 1 1/2 miles in the screen just turned black and refused to work. 100s of miles of tacks gone

2/21/24 update 5/20/26 still cant scroll further down on land ownwr to get acreage info. and no figure it out i dont need to tske even more time out of my day to email you. S24 Ultra. previous phone was s22 ultra.
Impossible to get registered and sign on
says "hunt in canada" on the playstore, the app doesnt support it. there is no option for provinces when you go to select the state

horrible experience. paid 1 yr subscription used for couple times try again wants me to upgrade. double check bank yep it's paid. email them back an fourth. got subscription to work for awhile. Then back to wanting me to upgrade. so emailed again about my account. after 20ish emails later I'll be able to use last 2 months of 1 ur subscription. cool app if you can stop em from picking your pocket.

I was hopeful. I tried this app specifically so I could get lot lines. Apparently here in Wisconsin we are not appreciated...the land I was trying this on haven't updated in at least 3 years. There was just the old lot lines.

this app has always been good to me but now it will not let me in no matter what I try so there is your one star
app was great at first but after taking a few months away and then signing back up i have had nothing but troubles with it . it keeps telling meni need to pay and i already have. contacted customer support they dont seem to care and keep aending my the same email even though i have sent screenshot of everythjng that they wanted me to check and try. i still dont have all my features and it has been about two months since my renewal. and the best part is the phone hours are when work so cannot cal
Excellent app for my requirements. Fantastic customer support when needed. Update: 5/4/2026. The tracker function has been changed to Go and Track. The speed indicator is no longer on this page. Also, distance is now displayed in 1/10 mile increments instead of 1/100. Contacted Onx on 4/24/2026 about this and never received a reply. Will not be renewing my subscription as both of these changes are deal breakers for my use.
It has limited road coverage in Idaho for both forest service roads and BLM. not sure why that is but its not great, the OX Off road is the same, for an off road map its very lacking. the property ownership is very good though and that I use a lot. Eric

maps are outdated and not current
was awesome at first.... now the paid information they provide is wrong. wrong property ownership, wrong tax address. yes, I've updated the app... sent many request for a correction, no fix yet. I suppose like everything nowadays, pull ya in with bells and whistles then it slowly degrades but the premium cost stays level or goes higher.... still waiting for accurate information.
