text links from open table don't work
when OpenTable has a guest limitation to book through the app (for instance when a restaurant can't be reserved through the app for more than 8 people), the app directs to contact the restaurant directly. The restaurant is able to associate my phone number with my OT account, but I don't earn 'Regulars' points, apparently because only bookings made through the app get points. BUT, I can't book through the app! Spending more for a large reservation, but not getting points = 1 star
trying To find an actual restaurant is impossible. I have to use an address and even then its still unable to work half the time. its been over developed.
Complete failure to load. does not update based on location. extremely slow when it does work. not intuitive.
app is glitching like crazy. Took me 20 minutes to make a reservation when it used to take 1 minute. Quality control please! endless loop and fields help self clearing. no longer intuitive. fix please!!

scammers! useless and punishing for restaurants and customers!
Atrocious. Refuses to acknowledge my location despite giving the app permission. Will only offer me restaurants in central London, nowhere else, no matter where I search. and I'm now up to the fifth validation email to prove I am who I said I was - and I'm absolutely sick and tired of it. It's easier to Google or ring somewhere than use this nonsense.
The app will not send me a code via text or by email, even though I already have an open table account and web functionality works. I suspect it is because I use a VPN, so I will stick to existing web functionality. If that ceases, I will go without open table.
