Scamming company! Fraudulent prime charges on credit card
very poor advertising and company mis leading scamming people making people pay more for there flights when they change the dates on your flights without you knowing when sending your flight information to you then you have to change them back to ehat you choose in the first place .making it look like you have chosen the wrong dates and making you around all day when you have to catch that flight rhat day .I waited 12 hours for them just to put me on the flight I originally wanted and had to pay

This is scam app. Opodo take money from my friend bank account for my prime account membership which was by the way cancelled so they couldn't take from my bank account. When I call them to refund the money on friend bank account they explained to me that's agents their rules. But it's not against their rules to take money from someone else account.We used his card ones to pay a trip for us. Also when you compere Opodo prime offers with skyscanner offers you will see that you getting same price

Best thing is customer service is telling me they need to listen to my calls to detect if I exactly asked for the cancellation? Seriously? Me calling you scammers wasn't enough?

I used this service once just to book a flight, and it got bundled into a so-called “Prime membership.” I cancelled the subscription, yet I’ve STILL been charged every month for the last three months. When I contacted customer support, they had the audacity to say that even after cancelling, I’m locked into paying for a full year. That’s is just ridiculous - This is NOT how a legitimate service operates.
absolutely a rip-off company, tricked me into a prime membership. booked a flight with all possible extras to make changes free due to visa struggles. no mail contact, basic useless chatbot, can't get hold of a person, no phone number I can reach from the country I am at, have to beg family to make calls for me. now they want to keep 50%!!! after cancelling the same flight. didn't experienced those methods since 2005. stay away from this by all means!
Don't use this app/website. At first they save your card details without consent then activate the prime membership without your consent. They won't allow you to delete your saved card as well. When I made the booking it was 1705 AED and 10 days later the bill settled for 1759 AED. and after 5 days they activated the prime membership. I will go to the consumer forum for this cheat, if not resolved.
No email contact. Chat support is broken. Phone support 30min+ wait & repeatedly cuts off. How do I confirm flight changes?? Help!

Extremely slow, especially at start-up (bloated ads or self promotion), which takes 3-5 seconds. This is unacceptable especially if used as for last-minute checking for flight tickets. Aggressively cookies. Prices change each time you search something different, just seconds apart and you might have different prices! App for German market has been crashing for days. Frozen flight prices can only be used on app and not web version.
I would stay well clear of them. Somehow they were taking money from my bank and I never authorised any of it ,haven't been on a holiday or plane for years so don't know how the managed to get money taken out of my bank account ,when I realised I tried to cancel but to no avail as it was in german and no help whatsoever. In my opinion total scammers stay away
Very disappointing experience. I was automatically enrolled in a Prime subscription while booking a flight, without clear and transparent consent. Since then, I have been charged monthly fees (40 AED) without proper authorization. Canceling the subscription is extremely difficult and intentionally complicated, which makes the whole process frustrating and unfair. This feels like misleading subscription practice. I strongly advise others to be very careful before using this service.
this is worst app I have ever seen.please don't use this site and loose your money.i had booked flight for 10 march,and my flight got cancelled. airlines has made refund to opoda,but till date I didn't receive my refund amount.there is no customers service responding through email or in chat.worst app
they have charged me for prime and debited 120 CHF without my knowledge. not allowing me to delete my debit card as well. worst service.
I bought a plane ticket with this app. Then it deducted 100 euros from my bank account for the membership. And I wanted to remove the bank card from this account but it won't let me.

I traveled 2 weeks ago and paid my ticket online. after 1 week a deduction of €99.00 appeared on my bank transaction dated 04 April 2026. No idea what this deduction is for !!!! better to close my account to prevent unauthorized transactions.
wow, Opodo is really running a scam with their flex option to change a flight ticket. I see the ticket on the new date cheaper then the original ticket, but still Opodo wants me to pay extra moneyfor the change. They almost doubled the price of the new ticket compared to what I see...

Total scam I booked a flight with them and i added the option to have the flexiblility to change my flight or cancel my return flight and some how they had me subscribed and took $120 for membership fees and the second week another $120 and now i'm struggling to get in touch with them through the so called "VIP number" to cancel and remove this scam of a membership because you cannot do it online and worse when i tried to change the time of my flight i had to pay extra

Worst service ever, they promised a refund within 48 hours with the prime subscription and I have been waiting for a month now. They don't give proper information, they do not notify me about anything. Really bad service.

I booked a flight that suited my schedule, but Opodo rescheduled my itinerary and removed a key connecting flight, leaving me without a workable option. Despite this being their responsibility, they failed to offer any reasonable alternative and simply suggested a refund or rescheduling to a different month-which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, their customer support is extremely difficult to reach and unhelpful when you do. Overall, a very poor experience and completely unreliable
I've been on call for 1 hour and 30 mins waiting for a human agent to get my flight back at this point its just a joke

The people behind this app are an absolute scam! They show you a low and attractive price all the way up to the final booking step and then reveal that this price is only available with their stupid membership. It is such an awful experience that damages trust so badly that I immediately opted out and cancelled.

NEVER EVER AGAIN! 1. I had canceled a journey in mai2025. ever since then the status shows: pending airlines authorization. no one can tell me it takes 6 month to get that done. 2. horrible customer support. me and my wife have spend hours in the hotline (very hard to talk to a person) and all info we get is: wait for the airline. 3. forget about the AI bot. I am sure I'll never see that money back. disgusting business practices. Now I get a response in the wrong language. really awesome!
most 3rd class app i have ever seen..there have no 'cancel subscription ' option. and 3rd class help service.. I didn't subscribe but they still cut my money from bank account
Be careful, be careful. They have created a system where Prime activates automatically and withdraws money from your bank. Then to stop this Prime is very difficult because you have to keep requesting it on the phone all the time. The administrators in Berlin did not accept to cancel Prime until I asked for my lawyer. I will never use this app again.
Terrible customer service once you book. I froze my price for business class travel as advice said I could freeze it. I was told by email the price had been reduced. I quickly booked the flight which was misleadingly reduced because it was in fact an economy seat. Now im trying to upgrade it I get absolutely nothing but banana skins from the help line. First and definitely last time I book with ooops opido. thank God the flight is just 3 hrs. Im dreading it already as I have a disability.
Worst platform to book the ticket. Particularly if you don't understand the difference between a single ticket and multiple tickets booking. It can spoil you by suggesting multiple flights with separate tickets, landing you in trouble with the Transit Visa.
can't get the app to open and automatically renewed my subscription, won't cancel it
Opodo shows escalated prices and give you a prime discount and you feel ypu saved money by paying prime subscription. However, in reality, the prices on the airline will be similar, there will be no real difference. You have paid prime membership for nothing.
