vérification d'identité ne marche pas. identity verification freezes and doesn't work. App is therefore unusable.

No way to finish my registration. So, I can't enter the app, and no way to find any help. To get help or close the account I should be logged in, but while being outside europe the app doesnt progress after accepting conditions. So, I can't go further or backwards. It's ridiculous..!!!
Do not use this app for emergency purposes. I tried to make multiple transfers to SIERRA LEONE, and they kept telling me technical error, I suggest you take down this app because it doesn't supposed to be here on the app store.

Hello, I was using this app for few months ago until today when I top up the app with 260€. My bank account was debited but I don't see the money on the app instead I saw a message on the app that reads " fraud dictated " what's going on?
Can't top up my balance. You use to have an option to directly top up to the target balance when balance is not enough , which you removed. It was a good option. I kind of thing about trying something else

I cant seem to make an account and i am having difficulties to register this app... I tried to contact the developer but i received a reply which was unhelpful ... Please fix the camera issue during installation... And i would really like to use this app because i am really happy with orange services but this app isnot what it should be... Thanks
Pour ouvrir un compte après installation de l'appli il faut indiquer le code reçu par sms. Or impossible d'aller voir le code sans quitter la page d'inscription, et au retour on doit reprendre au début avc envoi d'un nouveau code et c'est le serpent qui se mord la queue...
