Used OruxMaps for an extensive time, but it’s currently unusable on Xiaomi 15 (HyperOS 3.0.9.0). A "double restriction" prevents loading maps: Android blocks the Android/data folder, and the app’s directory picker is stuck in a loop, preventing me from selecting a visible custom folder. Despite weeks of effort and contacting support, I’ve received no proper feedback. I am now at the point where I will likely delete the app if this fundamental storage issue remains unresolved.

The app says it's standalone but in wear os, i can't seem to record! I demand a refund unless you update the app for watches and add the offline map with destination features for wear os. PS: Please add the improt route feature to wear os.

App has some great capabilities most of which got broken starting version 9. OSM track integration - broken, raster image caching - broken since day 1, poor documentation, super non-intuitive UI (took me years to get used to it and I'm an experienced IT and GPS user), loading large number of tracks and waypoints - forget it in GPX or SHP, only KMZ works fine, can't visualize Garmin NT format maps, can't load both vector and raster map with different transparency, you can't select an area and force-download a raster map for it on all zoom levels, it contains tons of useless non-related features like conmectivity to smartwatch sensors amd whatnot, and what is worse of all - developer stopped replying to bug reports let alone fixing his own code regressions...On the bright side it supports non-NT Garmin maps, WMS, TMS, some fine-tuning on track creation and that's about it.
Won't sync from my phone to my tablet. Wants me to pay for it a second time.

The only app I ever paid for and ended up deleting. Crappiest UX ever. Menus are extremely hard to navigatte and remember. Nothing is simple or intuitive. Want to get a track started? Good luck finding a button that says so. Want to find your recorded tracks? That's an obscure tiny icon in one of the menu items, under one of the two hamburger menus! Had to use trial and error to find that every time. No I can't recommend an alternative, I just don't want to spend my time figting a poor UI.

I want to like this app. I own every navigation app there is and I would say I am proficient with map apps. Even with the lite mode, the ui is one of the most horrible Interfaces I have ever witnessed in an app. Deinstalled after I was not able to turn of the voice command reading the name of a gpx track. Really sad.
Can not use want money back
When are you going to solve the problem with file storage in version 9.x? I have found your workaround and I am using it, but I'm not very happy with it. I have been using OruxMaps for years with lots of fun, but now it s*cks, imho. I have paid for using this version, so I urge you to solve this problem very quickly.
Edit: I figured the whole Google play store drama. Downloaded successfully, will rate again once I have more usage experience.
Way too complicated to find Google hybrid map in the app It should have been easily accessible and manageable

This used to be the go-to app to use the Bob T maps for the WV ATV trails but it seems that since the last few Android OS updates it isn't working right. It will not show the offline maps in the offline map area. I am sure they are the right format maps and in the right location but the app simply refuses to display them. I am going to reboot the tablet one last time and if that doesn't work I'm going to spend the $14 for Back Country Navigator and be happy to have spent it.
Appears I Need to be logged into play store. Not much use for offline maps for those without a data plan.
After update the utm zone are not accurate please fix this bug.
This app was recommended by openseamaps / openstreetmaps. I bought it, but wouldn't again. A very clunky user interface. If you want ocean mapping, bite the bullet and pay for Navionics; it works.

It is like on and off...some days works properly, some not...I realize there are lots of varieties/conditions for it to work/break, but losing signal next a city..c'mon. Vitosha mountain close to Sofia BG
