Then on top of that, any of the discounts on other partners to OTR are in Victoria, not in Queensland. Don't use this app! What a waist of time!

when are you going to add the packet of sauce as an option for your pies and sausage rolls typical tightarses can't even give away a 50 cent sauce packet as an option not everyone is a granny and likes plain boring pastries

this app bugged out said I needed to go in and pay so I did. Later i realized I had been double charged, nothing they can do gotta call head office which I have, still waiting for money back 2 weeks later. $200+ for 3 quarters of a tank is just messed up
Parts of the app are great (I like paying for fuel through the app to get discounts, & I use the app to order coffee, which at my local OTR, is already ready to pick up when I arrive. But I am giving 1 star because the Subway ordering is ATROCIOUS. I have complained so many times but there are never any changes or improvements. Staff apparently never know when an order is there, & it is virtually impossible to use the rewards or free subs, either in store or in the app. Very frustrated. FIX IT!
stupid app created by stupid developers to frustrate users. I can't add my credit card in. After entering all the details and click Add, just nothing happened.

Very disappointed with the app and its misleading rewards. The app showed a 10c/L fuel discount, but after filling up I was told it only applies if payment is made through the app with complicated setup requirements that were never explained. I had to pay full price. A “free car wash” reward also could not be used and later disappeared. Other rewards like free coffee and hotdog also vanished. The app promotes rewards that are difficult or impossible to redeem, which is extremely frustrating.

I just want to check what's in the supermarket section. Apparently you need an account to do this, and can't even do it on the website.
Dont bother ordering Subway at Hillbank otr unless you want a completely different order. Has happened a couple of times so not worth the hassle and they dont give refunds or offer to replace the order either.
Almost unusable due to convoluted log in process that often doesn't work, very frustrating!
At QTR Service Station, the QR code system for the 10c petrol discount is misleading. I tried to scan the code but it did not work. Advertising a discount that customers cannot actually use is very frustrating. This looks like fake advertising and misguiding customers. Authorities should look into this so people are not misled. ⛽️⚠️

I enjoyed the convenience, fuel savings and Happywash rewards until the app took my money from my bank account and didn't register payment in the app. It first happened with Happywash, I had to email Customer Service twice and wait several days for a Happywash credit in my app to finally use the carwash I had paid for. Now it has happened again with fuel payment and I receive emails everyday demanding payment, despite the money having been taken from my account, and me emailing my bank receipt.
Doesn't add Car Wash's to App, despite scanning OTR App Barcode, at the counter. Can't use Carwash Loyalty schene. Emailed OTR - No Reply! What's the point of using the barcode in the App, if it doesn't do anything???
App is bugged. Can not add payment method, nothing happens.
only good for the first time discount. the second experience is difficult and frustrating and had to pay double because the app doesn't show any order history that the fuel's been paid yet I've already been charged. hence the fuel station ask me to pay again and raise my concern with OTR. discount rates is only 2c You're better off paying in the counter and use your docket and discount cards

I went to wash my car and the machine never washed it, I wasted my time and my money... I no longer see it as useful to have the application.
Just hope you never have an issue that causes you to get double charged, because the will ignore your requests for refund.
