Sounded promising but app wouldn't login. To many other choices to waste time and effort on poor products. Samsung S20 Ultra 5G

Didn't even get through sign up. Even though I gave my email address... they were setting the account up with my work email that connects to every calendar and email in my company. I signed up with my personal email. The issue may have been that it connected due to originally going through the playstore which is connected to a Gmail account. My purpose for this account was for me personally and not for work.
used to work very well. but after the last update, nothing works. I can't click through tabs to see my transcripts (stays stuck on the AI summary tab). when I hit the play button, nothing happens. when I try to click the three buttons at the top for settings, nothing happens. It's so frustrating that I had to uninstall the app. Because it's basically useless now.
WARNING avoid - still sending me messages couldn't transcribe meeting after I deleted app and removed access in Google. don't know how they know about my calendar events. Trying to report to Google. I tried following up on the link provide but error when sending.... AVIOD THIS APP, you can't fully uninstall

Transcription not accurate. Only let's you record 30 minutes of lecture. Only had 1 speaker, but labeled it with multiple speakers. Broke up sentences & paragraphs that weren't supposed to be broken up, and more issues.
Not functional on Nothing 3a phone, going into any meeting entry freezes the app.
I cannot access the 14 day free trial. I have not made any purchase yet. Now when I try to access a support ticket. I get a server error. Not reliable.
It not working for me
don't go anywhere near this app. If you try to cancel it via Google Play, they'll still continue to charge you. exorbitant prices which you can now just use free AI servers to achieve the same thing.
edit: 2 weeks later! still not refunded!!Purchased without permission, full refund!
I can't subscribe and its very frustrating it tell me I need permission from admin I am admin
I don't like the gaps in conversation I would rather have an ongoing sentence that goes on forever then to have one word then a gap then one word and a gap.. When people are concentrating on something while they're reading or thinking or speaking. They don't write continuously or speak continuously so obviously there shouldn't be 50 gaps in between words because somebody is thinking about what they're saying. I'm sure there's easier ways of doing things.

It doesn't work with large recordings.
Upgraded my plan and I've have to turn my phone on and off to record!
