OtterAI Transcribe Voice Notes

Will send many emails informing you your credit card has expired, but when they somehow get the new expiration and codes. they don't bother to email you a receipt, confirming they secured funds. Found out via my credit card. I really dislike deity business practices, and since I only used the app a total of 4 times, I don't have much to say about that.

out of all the ai this was the least helpful

this company will desperately spam your email. it's very pathetic. and then they will respond to your review with an empty, generic, automated response that will offer no real solutions. lol.

Tried to use Russian - no results at all! It's junkware, not using all abilities of the current LLMs, even open source :( Uninstalling, I can write better app

loses my recordings. never happens on Google Recorder, not after hundreds of hours of recording. otter AI frequently loses my recordings. total junk. lots of useless features, low reliability. bad transcription quality

I paid for a premium version of this app and loved it at first but for some reason over the last few months it will not transcribe almost anything . it's simply says not enough internet connection no matter how good the internet is and then it will sit there for days waiting to transcribe or even weeks and never get there which was the sole purpose of why I bought the app. I keep hoping for a bug fix release but even the one that came out in June does not seem to have fixed this serious problem.
