Fue imposible devolver un billete, aunque este tuviera la posibilidad de anulación. La atención al público es nefasta. Si contactas por correo, tardan mucho en responder, y cuando lo hacen, cierran rápidamente el ticket sin permitir que el cliente pueda réplicar. Por teléfono no atienden nunca. Después de esperar 10 minutos, el sistema automáticamente te cuelga. Había viajado otras veces con ellos, pero nunca nunca más. Ojalá les revoquen la licencia para operar en España por piratas.
Traveling with Ouigo is the same risk as traveling with a low-budget airplane company-they'll find any excuse to fine you. I was heading home from Madrid with two tickets but only one person, as my girlfriend stayed longer. I had one suitcase and one bag. Staff blocked me and demanded payment for the "extra" bag since I'm alone. I showed the two paid tickets (same PDF), but they refused because the other wasn't in my name. They didn't care; they just wanted their commission by forcing fees.

Realmente malisimo, he querido cambiar el nombre de mi acompañante y nada, no ofrecen una solución de ninguna forma, la respuesta siempre es comprar otro billete y ya está, dinero perdido, no lo recomiendo
la app me da error al entrar con mi cuenta de google. la web no. no puedo usar la app de ningún modo.
El texto no cabe en la pantalla, por lo que es bastante difícil leerlo. Además, nunca recuerda mis viajes, así que tengo que seguir añadiéndolos cada vez que abro la aplicación.
I can't update it
Tanto la app como la página web funcionan fatal. Ambas se quedan cargando y no hay manera me ha pasado más de una vez donde intento entrar y no puedo.

Lo de que ponga en el pdf que con el pdf vale y vuestras condiciones que no, que con el pdf no vale es pa estudiarlo

app works ok, the train service they offer does not, AC did not work in a very hot day, very uncomfortable trip
No me carga no entiendo porque
Lo barato cuesta caro. Nunca más viajo en esta línea de tren, siempre con retrasos (de más de 1 hora cada uno), un calor infernal en los vagones y nadie te ayuda ni ofrece nada. Pésimo, realmente malo.
Robo absoluto! Me siento estafado! 0% recomendable! Experiencia nefasta! Llevo 2 años viajando con AVEs, AVLOs y últimamente Iryos siempre con la misma maleta y nunca me habían cobrado ni dicho nada hasta hoy con OUIGO... Normalmente nunca cojo billetes con OUIGO porque si lo miras con tiempo Iryo y AVE/AVLO siempre son más baratos (AVEs mínimo 7€ e Iryo mínimo 14€) así que no vale la pena pero después de esto nunca más con esta compañía. 20€ por una maleta que llevo 2 años viajando con ella
He tenido que borrar varias veces todos los datos de caché porque no me loguea.
As always, we have a delayed travel this day to ouigo. I have an important meeting tonight in Madrid. I decided to take the 1:38 pm trip of ouigo in Barcelona to go to Madrid. As always, they are delayed. While iam standing for two hours in line to get into the train, I decided to get another ticket to AVE Renfe Online. Luckily, there is a 3:00pm AVE trip to Madrid. What happen next? My AVE train reached Madrid at 5:30pm but my original OUIGO train companions still standing on the line in BCN.
Unsatisfactory. It does not let me buy my ticket because it keeps saying my email is invalid even though it is. It has no special characters or numbers or anything else. Also, the MOST IMPORTANT PIECE OF INFORMATION on the ticket which is that the doors close 5 minute before departure is the size of an ant and it not indicated anywhere when buying the ticket but the useless ads are highlighted and more visible. The 9€ ticket is a lie as well.
No me busca los viajes ni en la aplicacion ni en la web de pc ni en movil si quiere competir sncf con renfe vamos muy mal.

PRINT YOUR TICKETS! App doesn't work. I managed to get it to show my tickets once, then next time I open the app it shows error all the time.
No me deja abrir la app por tener que actualizarla, al ir a Google Play no me da la actualización y así en bucle.

Tickets not dowloading in the application
Surprised that an organization with this level of customer service can stay afloat. They charge fees at every chance they get, and will not work with the customer once contacted. I ended up paying more than the price of my original ticket in fees. Will never use Ouigo again and will be sure to recommend no one else does.
La app no funciona, al intentar consultar la reserva vuelve a la pantalla anterior, pero no muestra ningún error
The app doesn't do anything. I introduced my email and booking reference and it just shows the homepage. Tried several times but there's no way for it to work!

My payment was declined a couple of times until I realized that they don't accept credit cards issued in other countries (Ukraine). I haven't found any mentions of that on their website. Nice. It took me a lot of time to top up my friend's bank account. Eventually, I overpaid 23 EUR due to fare increase and lost a lot of time. Great user experience.

Si introduces tu email y el código de reserva no hace nada, valida pero vuelve a la pantalla principal Sólo me funcionó la primera vez que descargué la app y si la cierras no lo mantiene. Por ahora la app es totalmente inútil
I can't download my ticket at all.
Esta bugueada. Al escribir el correo, tras @loquesea, al escribir el carácter la aplicación crashea. No he podido ver mi billete con ella, así que para mí de momento es un 0
No carga las reservas.... solo se reinicia constantemente y nada se guarda. Al parecer el Email de asistencia con la app está bloqueado también...
I downloaded the app to have my tickets there and not have to print them but when I try to search for them and I write my email the app crashes. I've tried multiple times it doesn't work.
The OUIGO App seemed to work fine. It accepted both our Visa and Mastercard credit card payments. Security was slow because they only had one line open for the luggage scanners. The Wi-Fi onboard the train did NOT work at all. The overhead storage is very small and cannot fit standard carry-on luggage. The 1 bathroom in the car was heavily used so I'd avoid the bottom-level seating. The crew on the train was rude. We had a better experience on Renfe AVE.
Bajada a 2 estrellas. Update: ultima actualizacion un desastre. La aplicacion ya no mantiene al usuario logeado. Esta semana casi pierdo el tren al encontrarme que la aplicación me pedia de nuevo usuario y clave justo antes de pasar para el abordaje del tren. Viajo dos veces a la semana en Ouigo y esto es muy poco conveniente para viajeros frecuentes. Bajare las estrellas a 3 hasta que puedan solucionar esto. Por otro lado tampoco almacena datos de familia numerosa en el perfil de usuario.
