every time I try to buy a ticket , when adding payment information it doesn't allow me to fill in the boxes. Either the promotion field jumps back of the expiration date of credit card. It is the most annoying app I've seen.
This app doesn't do what it was designed to do. Very buggy and refused to import my booking.

I have never EVER had such a frustrating, infuriating on-line experience as trying to buy train tickets in France - surely one of the world's most ill-conceived pieces of technology.
I create an account, I verify my e-mail, I try to log in in the app, it says something went wrong and won't let me.

They can cancel your tickets day in advance without reimbursement or replacement, this company is fraud and scam Upd: as a subsidiary of sncf, they are excluded from following EU regulations, and therefore they do not have a legal obligation to provide money refunds (they only give vouchers) This is an astonishing scam, I truly wonder how it's possible within EU. No wonder they scamming poor passagers, who are thinking they book tickets with respectable company
I have never had a worse experience with a booking service in my life. The refund policy is absolutely ridiculous. Extremely inflexible. The only option is to change your booking which is an extremely difficult process. The booking never went through (which I did not realize) and now I've lost 400€ I can't get back. Some of these were user error, but the refund policy and rebooking mechanisms are just so harsh, difficult, and strict that I cannot see any reason to use this platform.

This app is useless for Ouigo services in Spain. Does not recognise Spanish bookings, and doesn't know where Madrid is.
Mon train du lundi 27 est annulé (météo) l'appli me propose 3 choix : je choisi un report, je clic le lendemain mardi 28... Valide l'étapes suivantes et au final me retrouve avec un billet pour samedi 1er sans avoir la moindre idée de comment ou pourquoi. Aucune option de revenir en arrière ou de contacter quelqu'un : "deal with it"

I just got a train canceled then reconfirmed on a ghost train then a voucher that is useless. Lost 75 euro plus 100 for last minute ticket to Nantes. Bye Ouigo Bad bad app.
Never works, constant bugs and errors when trying to add options to my ticket
Scam. The app didn't work at the time of going in, then when it worked they refused entry saying it was too late! And of course, no refund! Do not ever buy tickets from those thieves in advance, and if you do, get them directly at the station, and printed from a phisical machine. Absolute disgrace of a company
Unable to understand help and support.
Can't be used on rooted devices. My bank app can, SNCF connect can, my 2fa app can, literally every other app can. But no, not this one. You're not an ultra secure bank guys, this app stores tickets. Absolutely ridiculous. Use SNCF connect instead.
Some train stations that Ouigo trains stop at are NOT available to select on the app! That should be easy to fix.

I created an account and purchased a ticket online and then I downloaded the app and tried to logon the app but the app tells me my email address is not setup for an account. I contacted tech support and they reset my password! That didnt help. Round and round. App doesnt work.

Bloqué dans le tutoriel
Ne fonctionne pas - après téléchargement, impossible de passer l'introduction pour utiliser les fonctions de l'appli. Le lien 'close' pour fermer l'introduction ne marche pas. C'est heureux que j'aie imprimé mes billets...
Application inutile, utilisez juste SNCF Connect. L'appli efface tous les tickets importés à chaque fois que l'on la ferme, ce qui est très frustrant, il est difficile de trouver les informations importantes comme le quai. Dommage que SNCF Connect ne permette pas de voir les tickets réservés avec Trainline (dans un cadre professionnel) sinon cette appli ne serais plus sur mon téléphone depuis longtemps.
Vous me dites d'envoyer un mail à une adresse mail, mais cette adresse n'existe pas et je reçois une erreur de mon serveur quand j'envoie un mail à cette adresse... Qu'est-ce que je dois faire ? La luminosité augmente quand on clique sur afficher billets mais baisse directement quand le qr code s'affiche. Inutile

Dans mon commentaire précédent, j'ai cité un problème d'impossibilité d'importer un ticket si c'est acheté une tière personne. Une réponse a été donnée qui dit "Vous pouvez également le télécharger dans l'application sans l'importer dans un compte, via la rubrique 'mes billets'." Or, cette fonction n'existe pas. Ce serait bien si on vérifie les faits avant de répondre n'importe comment, si ce n'est pas par respect aux clients.
