Do NOT use this app. It is a scam. They make it very difficult to cancel and they do not honor their 30 day refund. When you try to obtain help, it's obviously AI generated responses with no one to speak with directly.

DON'T USE THEM!! They have been charging me, and I've not once received ANYTHING from them!! Then trying to get the subscription canceled has been even more of a nightmare!! I finally had to cancel my bank card and reorder another one to get them to stop charging me! Now they won't refund me for a service I NEVER RECEIVED!!

Skip it if you're a male. It's heavily skewed towards people identifying as women. So much that the third question they ask is to identify your body shape, and the only choices are based in women. Which is a shame because the ad that got me to try it was a male using the app. Another case of the ads not demonstrating the true app.
i didn't like this app- came in under a trial, and lo and behold a $50 charge on my account 😐. I would never for a month of wardrobe suggestions that were too expensive for my tastes. customer service is hard to get, only an email. Google has all your information- if you are like me and they just charge at will. i only did the trial and canceled when i saw i didn't like it so this comes as a surprise. DONT DO IT!!!! I'M FIGHTING FOR MY MONEY BACK FOR AN APP I USED ONCE!!!
I thought I was signing up for a clothing subscription service that included actual clothing. As soon as I realized this was only an AI stylist app with no clothing included, I contacted support because it was not what I was looking for. I now understand that I accidentally signed up for the wrong capsule package - I intended to choose the Amazon option instead. I am simply requesting an immediate refund. I do not want to wait 7 days or be required to use an app I have no interest in using just

don't understand it
Zero ability to look around at features without paying with zero free trial. So I emailed a question to support. They responded with instructions on how to cancel, not reading or understanding anything in my email. Absolutely worst app experience ever, avoid at all costs if this is their attitude and service
Sadly, terrible experience. I was charged for a couple of things while attempting to use this app. Do not bother, the customer service is terrible also.
I can not get in touch with this company to advise that I did not subscribe to their services, nor do I want further charges. I want to cancel with a refund.
Beware - Misleading 2-Year Subscription & Hidden Charges Signed up for the advertised 2-year plan at $27.97 on 1 June. They charged me twice for $27.97 plus $69.96 (total $125.90), but my account only showed $49.99. The end date is wrong too - only until 4 Nov 2026, not 24 months. Felt like clickbait. I had to contact my bank to reverse the extra charges and get a new card. Turned off auto-renewal immediately. Stay away if you don’t want surprise billing. App looks good but not worth the stress

I signed up for a 7-day trial of Dressly for around $15 just to explore the app. Somehow, I ended up with two additional, unauthorized charges of $19.99 each for an "AI Color Scanner" and a "PDF Guide." The onboarding flow is intentionally misleading. They use vague wording like "Continue" or "Skip and continue enrollment" rather than being upfront and explicitly stating, "You will be charged an additional $19.99." This sneaky business model completely ruined my experience.
Unresponsive to cancellation of subscription. Tried to cancel in March and still being charged.
Be careful when trying Dressly. When you sign up for the $15. "3 month trial", you are actually signing up for one $15. fee PLUS another $50. per month for the next 3 months. You have 30 days to cancel but that is not clearly stated on how to cancel is not clear. Think about it - you are paying $50. per month to look at the "curated " outfits which are then offered to you, for sale. On the only positive- responsive customer service,but hard "no" on a request for adjustment. adjustment
Dont waste ur money I downloaded this app thinking it was all shien clothing. Once I downloaded, my outfits included other stores which would roughly be in the range of $200+. each time I filtered for shien it would not just give me shien clothing. Now I got charged $79.40 this morning for a subscription with no warning. when I signed up it wouldn't llow me to turn off auto subscription. its a pmo moment.

not for plus sized.gals. app aims to educated you on fashion. free articles can do this without the promise of help styling. I learned very little. about half of the clothes I liked were not availavle in plus size OR were simply no longer available at all.

Complete waste of money. The outfits are hideous. When you use the AI tool to put outfits together it has nothing to suggest. I put low summer boots with shorts and kept getting sandals. What was I even charged for??

I would love to be able to get a refund. What an absolute waste of money. I can search online for outfit ideas, I thought this included an outfit. I feel completely misled. It was easy to cancel, but there doesn't seem to be a way to get a refund. I even left feedback about the lack of refund ability through the app, I believe on day 3, bec it just kept showing me the same outfit ideas day after day. Oh, and the 'capsule' it created for me was just a bunch of outfit suggestions that were awful.
