Think twice before purchasing from this company they are not forthcoming with all the fees and extra charges that appear and there is no easy way cancel the service ( which I never even recieved btw) I cant get out of this mess fast enough. It should be illegal to run these little misleading pop up shops that insist they are honest and refer you back to the terms of service as they smile and sharpen their teeth. You get one star because I had to give 1 to review. You actually deserve 0.
There's a charge for everything! The charges are NOT clear and upfront either. I was excited to try it, but quickly got VERY disappointed ☹️ REFUND WANTED
'free trial' not free, debits small amount straight away and then continues debiting $60 months after cancellation. The reply emails for cancellation follow up are AI and do not cancel the subscription.
suggested outfits are awful and do not reflect the preferences I shared in the style interview.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dressly.I was charged for a subscription that was not clearly explained or properly authorised. The sign-up process was misleading and did not make it obvious that I was agreeing to a recurring payment. When I contacted customer support to request a refund, I was told I had to complete a full 7-day programme before my request would even be considered. This felt unreasonable, I followed their instructions and completed all required tasks to be offer 50%

I signed up for a trial period 19.99. One week later, I've been charged 19.99 twice and 15.14. I authorized one charge which was a trial for a month. I've gone to the app and canceled. I will dispute the extra charges with my bank and change my card if I have to! Great app but what a big money grab scam! And of course, no one from Dressly will respond to my emails!
BE AWARE!! app has sneaky extra charges that are not transparent. By clicking on the AI Color match you will be charged $19.99. These charges should need to be approved.
BE CAREFUL as there are extra charges that you aren't told about until after you sign up. And trying to cancel the account is really difficult. Dressly does this deliberately and it is a really disingenuous way to do business.

DO NOT USE. They will overcharge you and will be refund. Had it for 2 days and was charged 140$ before I noticed and cancelled it.

Absolutely the worst! cancelledvit as soon as I could. less than 30 minutes after accidentally signing up causevof an issue with my phone. They will not refund me all those stupid extras that were accepted while trying exit off the site. I will be disputing all the charges as I did not want anything with this site at all!!! update 4/25/26.. on the 3rd email to the help desk.. James quickly addressed and rectified my issue. I will say the customer service is the fastest I've ever had. TY James!
clothing options are great if you live in a cold climate. I'm in Florida, and they only show me jackets, blazers, and coats with boots. I would die wearing that.
installed it and immediately uninstalled, app locked behind a paywall for 18$ a week. Don't do it! Filled out the quiz uploaded my photo but I have to pay to see my or start the trial. As a paying customer I can just used chatGPT thanks for trying tho. Maybe lower your prices cause I'm not paying $80 a month for this app, YOU CRAY!

horrible clothing choices and cannot close the account on the app and they refuse to refund or assist. this is a scam. stay away. $45 monthly and you can't close it without begging them.

I was conned into paying a flat fee then multiple hidden charges that are not displayed correctly. the app is manipulative and let you navigate various featured which you end up paying for. Then when queried you are asked to complete a 7 day plan..which they send you the same instructions on to complete multiple times..this app is a SCAM . buyer beware!! seems to be common story along with 4000 other reviewers...no refund recieved yet no response rcvd

honestly a scam. Hard to cancel and its over 100 charge 3 months after no use? and they won't refund me unless I have a screenshot that I attempted to cancel back in January. And all they do is recommend overpriced clothes from Amazon then charge you for the apps opinion. not even close to my style of clothing and way too expensive. obsurd that they charge you over 100 without any notice or anything from them for 3 months as well.
DO NOT TRUST THIS APP!!!!This app is not what it claims to be. There are hidden in app purchases with unavoidable fees that are not refundable. AND they will not let you cancel. It makes you answer a lot of questions and gives you lessons about how to order online. There is NO "capsule" of clothing. Even with all of the questions I answered it still showed me outfits from stores that I did not select. Waste of money and time.
completely ignores what your preferences are, takes money without confirmation and then you dont get access to ANYTHING once the over priced subscription has run its course. i didnt even get to finish what I paid for. No access to saved outfits or access to the reading material you paid for. Waste of time and money.
