Very disappointing experience with the Ownly delivery app. My order was marked as “delivered” even though I never received the food. After contacting customer support multiple times, they were completely unhelpful and failed to provide any proper assistance. What made it worse was that no refund was provided and there was absolutely no resolution to the issue. On top of that, they closed the support ticket without proper investigation, falsely claiming that there was “no response” from my side.

Ordered food and never received it. Waited more than an hour with no updates at all. Customer support took forever to connect, and even after that, they were completely useless. No help, no accountability, no proper response. Worst food delivery app experience ever. Total waste of time.

the claim is false, and other delivery app have better price than them. swiggy is better and assured , kindly compare both the prices before ordering.

bro the captain just called and said that I have put the address wrong (it was correct), and then marked as delivered. he didn't even pick up the calls; the support team was so slow, to initiate the refund, first connecting to the support team itself is so irritating and they don't even mention when you'll be connected, it's like you're just waiting till someone joins the chat.. I ordered cake for my mom on mother's day ( I live far from home), the plan got successfully failed.

Worst app to order. 45mins for delivery, after 40mins delivery guy says he canceled pickup. Tried reaching customer care, agent takes 1 hour to connect. then agent needs 10mins to reply, if you dont respond in 1min. they close the chat without resolution.
There is one restaurant named "Pooram restaurant." They are selling beef under the names "Irachi fry, Irachi this that." I have already informed customer care to block that restaurant, but they didn't take action. I request everyone not to install such an app that disrespects our sentiments. I believe they should implement a policy to prevent such sales.

One of the worst Food delivery Apps, I ordered 2 burgers and they gave me totally different items which i did not even order. the support service is also very bad.
pathetic app, the order didn't get delivered to me and over the app it has shown delivered, now I can't even connect to the delivery guy.
No customer support staff ..you can't contact to anyone after paying the money they are not delivering the order nor refunding the money.. totally fraud app. I request everyone plz don't pay the amount before.

Very disappointing experience with Ownly. Delivery was delayed without any accountability, and the customer support team showed zero interest in resolving the issue. Low delivery charges mean nothing when the service quality is this poor. Uninstalling the app after this experience.

Total scam. They never really deliver your order. The app simply shows the order is getting prepared for 2 hours. Their customer support is not helpful. after 2 hours of waiting the order gets cancelled. Total nonsense. I had the same experience twice. I have quick to uninstall this one. Never fall for this scam.
guys be careful, even this guy is not different than zomato, swiggy. Food prices are much inflated compared to other platforms and show it off as not charging anything extra.
Food never delivered, but Ownly marked it as “Delivered” without any call from the delivery agent. Called him 4 times - no response. Called from another number once, then he switched off his phone. Customer support ignored my issue initially and kept sharing the same unreachable number. Got my refund only after repeated requests. Very disappointing service.

The delivery partner refused to deliver and I had no way of contacting customer support because they only had ai replies in chat, had to ask the delivery partner for the number to get my refund after 2 hours. pathetic service.

Requested the support team to reach out to the restaurant and inform not to send the salad and mashed potatoes, support agent assured restaurant will check the message and they will not send but ended up getting what I requested not to send, clearly mentioned I don't like to waste food but still message ignored, had already informed restaurant ignored this earlier as well and if they send it this time it is going to be single rating for both restaurant and ownly hence single star rating.
One of the worst applications I have ever seen is an OWNLY application. 1st thing food not delivered due their technical issue dated 23rd April, although till now not even bothering to return my money, whenever I am chatting in app, they are just proving some ID with that I need to go to bank and needs to check. Flipkart Amazon and Meesho, if we cancel or return the product in a fraction of a second they are refunding it immediately. this is one of the worst services OWNLY.
The Delivery guy ran with the order and nobody in support to help
horrible experience. The guy did not deliver but instead he's marked as delivered, and I am trying to chat with somebody and they are not even responding. By the time I get back, they said OK, looks like we are not connected and end the call. I don't think this app would do well. food gone and money gone
