it started off great. the speed was exactly what I ordered 100mbit for approximately 2 weeks. then it dropped to 40 and it hasn't changed even after contacting them about it! I highly recommend avoiding this company! hey and I fully agree that shouldn't be happening,I have already contacted your tech support they wanted pictures of my room,I required two or three devices to test it on I only have one device my phone! Wow,head on over to your public school, start there. Read above for problem!

worst customer service ever
horrible customer service. when u need to speak to someone because they keep charging you even though u haven't been hooked up to their service yet all they can tell you is to keep paying and can't give any real answer as to when I will be getting hooked up.. this is actually so ridiculous
signing in sends a verification email that just links to the website for a company called "plume" and prompts you to install their app as well. The manual that came with our modem refers to features that only exist in the plume app without ever explicitly acknowledging the apps existence. Currently on hour 3 waiting for a response from oxio support. I may have made a mistake.
There is no link in the activation email... ?
cant open the app without it asking for location permission. I already gave it permission. completely useless.
hateful experience getting the internet set up.
