Very bad experience. Booked 2rooms with an advance payment. I called & enquired previous day about the booking, I was assured that rooms were available. When I went for check in Manager denied it. Oyo could not even provide another accommodation. I was stranded there looking for other hotels with a senior citizen & 3 kids. Our whole day got ruined because of this. It was late before we got other rooms as it was full everywhere. What is the use of prebooking if no rooms are provided? Disappointed
Poor experience, no power backup, AC, fan were not working... Moreover, charged 500/- extra. Not good to be in business. Thanks

Firstly nobody cares in the reception as they're busy watching videos on their phone,they just give u the keys after ur check-in hopeless attitude when asked about help to open the door since it was too dark to even locate.Absolutely rubbish when u call the attendees when asked how to switch on the ac moreover no option for inhouse food. When asked for help they ask u ru drunk?? Can't u do it urself??? Last thing ever expected to hear such words when ur sick n a patient. Would never ever think o

Very bad Hotel. Room was too dirty, bathroom was too dirty, not even a single hanger inside the bathroom, This Hotel is not for family stay because Many drunk persons come and create noise inside the hote. My suggestion is please don't stay with family. They have not yet provided Breakfast but I paid the total amount through Oyo app and not provided dinner. In my whole life it was a very worst experience with Oyo.

⭐️ 1 Star Review ❌ My experience at this property was extremely disappointing and stressful. I was charged extra money unfairly, and the staff forced me to check out before my actual checkout time. 😡 The behavior of the staff was very rude and unprofessional, and they spoke in a very disrespectful manner. 🛑 The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom was unhygienic, the fittings were rusty, and there was almost no proper cleaning anywhere in the property. 🥴 Even the AC filters

1. No Drinking water facility available. 2. No restaurant available. 3. Bedsheet and blanket cover was dirty. 4. No any handwash, soap, towel was given. I've given 2 stars just for easy check-in & check-out. Otherwise this hotel deserves negative marking..!!! Nowadays oyo services are getting worsen day by day. Initially when oyo was launched, they were upto the mark but now they become casual.

worst experience ..... I Booked room in 857 but hotel management took extra money 1000rs even paying more it was in worst condition I asked hotel reception to change room but he showed me 3 room but it was also in very bad condition so in 15 mins I came back to reception to cancel the booking he denied to payback that amount. I spoke with oyo helpline he ensured & confirmed about extra money and behaviour of management. then also after 2-3 days OYO's executive called said not eligible for refund
3rd class company with all scam prices
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with OYO. My first booking amount was deducted, but the booking was not confirmed or reflected in the app. I had to make another booking, yet the amount from the first transaction has still not been refunded. Additionally, the property provided was of very poor quality. The location was bad, parking was charged separately, and there were no proper food arrangements available. The rooms were in extremely poor condition and the overall service
it's one of the worst app pls don't make any bookings from this app it's such a fraudulent app they make 2 or 3 bookings showing one price and then they change the prices as they wish and then if we make partial payment it is of no use worst app pls don't waste your money

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration and anger regarding my booking at Hotel O The Phoenix House in Amritsar (0101 Basant Avenue) for today, 02 May 2026. Despite having a confirmed booking (Total: ₹1511), the hotel has refused to check me in. I have been standing on the road for over one hour with my young child. This is a scam, don’t use this app. Booked “Hotel O Sagar Comforts” on April 26, paid ₹1116 in advance after a discount offer. Got confirmation + location. Reached at midnight and thehotel doesn’t exist. Google Maps same, locals clueless, number unreachable. Support kept me on hold 2 hrs saying “confirmed,” then falsely claimed I cancelled and no refund. Students stranded at night after paying. Have payment proof + recordings. Need full refund or I escalate legally.
