I purchased your premium app for my last trip and created multiple packing lists (which took hours). Now, I've opened the app for my latest trip to discover all my items are missing! Only one item is showing per category, when I added many. I contacted you on 6th March about this but yet to receive a response.
Just not fit for purpose. Paid for upgrade then couldn't like to TripIt account. Poor
after 6 years this thing's gotten worse ( didn't think that was possible). choices are ignored and no way to view your list. pathetic. No way to edit a trip date. unintuitive UI - not clear what greyed out items mean, whether checked or not. Not clear how to bring back previously swiped items. Previous trips are archived and effectively dead. You can't copy them as a basis for a similar trip. I think I'll stick with ColorNote.
The pay for it don't waste your time!
Functionality has deteriorated. Items added to lists while packing disappear and don't save, UI is lacking (swipes to edit and delete items don't work well). TripIt integration repeatedly disconnects.

I've paid for, it says remove ads, push button to remove, than it says already paid. A non function paid app
p can't find folded
Does not work!!! When you add things and exit the app, it will just remove what you added and you have to do it again. Right now it added 4 entries of the same item that I only entered once. Try to delete the extras, go out and back into the app and now there's zero entries even though there was one before closing the app. I am beyond frustrated with this app because I can't trust it's keeping my entries so making sure I have everything before my trip is a nightmare.
Used to be amazing but now when you add items to the lists manually the disappear when you reopen
So far this app is horrible but has promise if it would just do what it promises. I payed for the upgrade and still can not get it to sync my tripit itinerary. I can not find a help section anywhere and even when I Google search I can find a website but no where to go for help. my tripit account shows the app is connected and this app will let me try to sync to it but it says I do not have a trip planned. I wish I could contact customer service. maybe they will see this??

Inadequate packing lists lacking detail. For example the app does not detail types of shirts - - collared, t shirt or what? I will stick with the back of a napkin for my packing lists
Was great until it wasn't! I paid for the premium version and used it for several trips. Apparently the app was upgraded recently and suddenly ALL my lists have disappeared, just the headings left. Emailed Packpoint and no response. VERY disappointed, now looking for a reliable alternative
The reason i installed the app and paid for the Pro version was to synch with Tripit. But i keep getting error messages . Very annoying
It was good while it lasted. Had the app since 2015 and paid for the premium which promised lifetime access to these customization features. Those no longer work now.
I tossed up between 1 or 2 stars, as it has some functionality I picked 2. It is buggy and its customisation is limited and has bugs. The icon set they provide is small and limited, often not containing a matching icon for what I wanted. Go back to pen and paper rather than using this app.
This just isn't working for me. It's awkward to personalize.
