They give huge advantages to big sellers that make it impossible to compete and the big sellers dominate the app. Now instead of just plants it's anything to reselling vintage clothing to porn cards. Gross.
They will take your money but won't help you resolve issues on their end with your account. I was stuck in an endless loop of "thank you for your patience" and then I ran out of patience and uninstalled the app. WhatNot is far easier to sell on! WhatNot even pays new sellers to get them going.
after the new update i don't get notifications that the sellers are on and doing shows
Welcome to the snob world of plants; where plants are much smaller with bigger prices. This is where all of those people go. WARNING ⚠️ There is NO DELETE ACCOUNT function. I changed my name to all zeros, changed my email to a completely made up one, left it as such then finally I uninstalled it!! If your into finger sucking this place is for you! 😁
the algorithm for giveaways is absolutely ridiculous, it favors new users to get you hooked. ive entered over 1,000 giveaways and one once and thats when my account was brand new. absolutely ridiculous, then you have the same few people winning back to back!
was great and has gotten progressively worse with the new company. the removal of foundation sellers and influx of resellers has drove our small business away. hope it gets fixed but doubt it (it's just a worse whatnot at this point)

Only experienced, seasoned sellers may apply. Start ups or casual sellers will not be approved to sell. Not a good look
A lot of drama in Palmstreet's plant community, with sellers and buyers publicly talking negatively about each other. It’s becoming uncomfortable to watch, especially when personal details and disputes are being aired openly. It also feels like Palmstreet support isn’t consistently enforcing their own seller guidelines and privacy policies, which only adds to the tension and confusion. A clearer, more consistent approach to moderation would really help keep things professional and fair for all
theft by seller...I have reached out to CS multiple times about a seller not shipping. they are running the exact same live on other platforms and people are not receiving orders. I buy from a handful of sellers but because I had to dispute dead plants feom 1 sellerwith my bank ...palmstreet blocked from buying from other people that I've given 5 star ratings. DON'T USE PALMSTREET...RIPOFF.
it doesn't work. it's installed (on Android 13) and it terminates shortly after being started, with no explanations or a chance to report the issue. It works fine on iPhone.
I turned off all notifications on the app and I'm still getting bombarded with them. What's the point of giving us the ability to turn off notifications if you're just going to keep sending them anyway?
the app keeps logging me out everytime I close the app. super frustrating update: still the same issue no matter how many times I uninstall and install.
when I saw the ad for this app I was excited because I love plants but I have tried installing and signing up but it never works, if I try skipping the sign up I still am unable to view anything more than reoccurring error messages. Super disappointing because the concept is great.
PLEASE make this app optimized better. phone gets so hot and it wastes battery so quick :(
horrible app with glitches galore and non existent customer service. sellers are hit or miss. use at your own risk.
Super easy to sign up..... good luck trying to delete your info and cancelling your account! Ridiculous time consuming task.
GUI cluttered, pop-ups are relentless, on my pretty average phone the app runs incredibly laggy while running 1 single other app in the background. Love the concept tho, app is awful. devs if u see... clean it up bucko's

this app doesn't work in many regions! very disappointing! get your app to work everywhere Devs! plus it keeps spamming me to update the app but guess what? there is no way to update this thing! edit: it doesn't help updating your app through app store as there is no update for it but the app itself spams me to update plus I cannot bookmark lives or even watch livestreams because of my region.. frustrating

I was played! 1st order using the APP!! Sent a OLD, COMPLETELY DEAD STICK IN ITS PLACE. It was to be African Rose Hibiscus Rip off!!! You should see the pics!! It had been dead for quite some time even the leaves were just pure DUST!!! Will pass on regarding what you REALLY get from this site/app!!! JOKE!!
ive used this app for over a year now it has put several bugs on my phone the latest is my camera . support dont help with much . also had a seller ghost the entire app after sending out a bunch of dead plants they make you wait weeks to hear back or get a resolution on the matter. Just find a different app this one is stupid expensive sellers will charge 15$ for a heat pack then say if you dont buy my 15$ heat pack plus 20 insulation plus 2 shipping charges. nuts
The packages don't get delivered by usps and they hold the seller responsible. Why do you charge high fees and take no responsibility.
you have to apply to sell. and if you dont have a social media account where they can spy on they denie you to sell.

worst experience ever. plants came without a pot. no root ball. paid for 2 day shipping and heat packs. didn't happen. a few HUNDRED DOLLARS down the drain. tried to make it right with dealer...socal cactus...no results customer service offered me $20 credit to buy more GARBAGE with AS IF I WOULD SPEND ANY MORE MONEY 💰 ON THIS SITE...LOL GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR PURCHASES FROM HERE
Useless app! I thought it was supposed to be a plant buying app? There's no pictures of any plants you have no idea what you're buying and you're supposed to bet on them without any information! No thanks
Garbage Customer Care. Use a different app, they don't care about their consumers and issues they may have with their flawed system.

Good service, but the onslaught of new categories for selling items is ridiculous. Storage units? You've completely lost the plot and are now simply looking for more revenue streams.
sometimes exciting to check out the sales. But in my experience, there are sellers that lose their focus on sales and talk about everything other than what they are selling. one recently was talking about how he raised his kid and he asked the chat if we thought he was a good dad or not. im not there to give life advise or try to make someone feel better about themselves.
This is definitely like the cheap version of whatnot. I assume they tell the sellers they are fixing all the problems, but the strange policies and decisions, along with the complex UI/UX, make it not buyer friendly.

Shipping is absolutely insane. I think you lose money over making it in this app.
pretty decent mostly, but definitely gets glitchy a lot and boots you. there's a lot of things that could make things easier, but also understandable on concept. when they update the app they break the good features, then when you tell them they say prove it... like really..... why would I lie about it.
