Pancheros makes my favorite burrito. The app is only partially good. When creating a new order, it's fine. However, when trying to reorder from the list of recent orders, it fails every time- saying the ingredients are not available. Even when the are! Note- it is MUCH easier to reorder on the fly for a whole family than to get everyone to stop what they are doing to pass the phone around to order.
App doesn't open
app doesn't work with older phones even though every other non-pancheros app does.

I ordered a salad during half off happy hour but was immensely disappointed with what I was served. the order was to go. I paid extra ($1.85) for guacamole but received none. as for overkill, there were way too many black beans and way too much pico de gallo. lettuce was soggy even before adding any dressing. there also was not enough sautéed veggies. this is not the first salad I have ordered from them but it was incredibly disappointing .& unappetizing .. I ate maybe half & threw rest away.
Just a terrible app to try and get signed into. condescending response about changing your password to something other than burrito 1234, not real a helpful. Good luck with it. hope it works better for you than me but I'm done

New rewards "upgrade" requires 125 points instead of 100 points for a free burrito.
Sites said there was a free burrito along with sign up like cards did. They pulled it. They also increased the free burrito to now be 125 dollars from 100 dollars, calling it an upgrading. ROBBERY!
The new rewards system is awful. Thanks for being greedy

not too bad, large portion but expensive and was cold by the time I got home which was only 10 minutes away so eat there if you can.
rewards feels like spending way too much to earn too little
Ordered 2 different burritos. One chicken, one pork. Entered person's names on order. Got order and receipt with names tucked in wrap of each burrito. I opened mine and started eating a couple bites and it was the chicken, not the pork I ordered. My roomie went into a rage cussing me out I stole his food and refused to eat it after I had my slimey mouth all over it. He hates shredded pork and refused to eat it and put it in the fridge and went to bed with no supper calling me an a**hole.
