App on Volvo XC90 2025.5 car infotainment is unstable. When it is removed and then reinstallation is attempted it just sits in Pending and never installs.

too difficult to cancel subscription
Tells me I have a free trial available and then keeps trying to charge me when I redeem it. Just give me the trial

This app continuously crashes all the time. it's like having to reboot a desktop computer from the 90s. The description mentions crashes are fixed. As of 12 hours ago when I last used the app, it's still crashing over and over and over. UPDATE: Now Pandora is skipping like it's a scratched CD player. iver done every update and I did the troubleshooting you provided. not helping at all!!! what's going on? revamp this app!!!
Pandora forces itself open over everything every time you turn your car on. Even after turning off the setting to allow Pandora to be opened by my car, it still does it. Terrible. It's closing what I was listening to opening itself up and then playing ads.
I have never seen ad tracking as aggressive as with this app 11000 attempts in 1 hour to grab my data. For reference the average is about 50.

I used to love this music app , now it's just an add service not a music app. An add every two songs is just out of control !

I used to love Pandora, but I've decided to not use this platform anymore because of the features it's recently decided to take away (listening to just one artist), and will return to making YouTube playlists. I don't want to be strong armed into paying for a service, and that is what Pandora is now doing.

Possibly the worst app I've ever used for music. Completely unintuitive, and I've spent more than 10 minutes trying to cancel it. I now hate Pandora, and will never use it again.

The $5.99 "plus" is a joke. Where's the plus?? Limited skips, including my own playlists? What a joke. I guess it's better than 6 skips for free. I switched to Spotify for a few years and recently switched back to Pandora. I had Pandora for 10+ years and never experienced this. $10.99 is absolutely ridiculous for premium, so I've been paying for the $5.99 "plus". Very disappointed.

It used to be so good! I need customer support to contact me! It hardly plays and gets "stuck" often, where I have to "kill" the app. Continously "buffering"! I'm ready to cancel my paid subscription due to this! May 3,2026: Still not working correctly!!! I'm paying for something that is not working as it should! I'm not able to play any music. I've "killed" the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled but that doesn't fix the issue. Contact me now!
Spotify is so much better
Doesn't work properly. Struggles to load on perfectly good wifi, frequently stops playing and doesn't continue without restarting, buffering issues, freezing...ya im just gunna use something else.

At one point this was a great music app, but now it's no different than YouTube.
App has SEVERAL known issues that have been present for years now. Pandora has done NOTHING to fix them. They are more than happy to take your money though. If you don't pay for premium, limitations and ads are ridiculous. They get their money either way, and you get the shaft.
why am I paying for premium only to have my music cut off after one or two songs. idk, if you use it just deal with the adds. having to go through and reset Pandora because the cutoff also resets my auto play feature is infuriating as hell. Edit: well you see. I *would* go to customer support *if* that weren't also broken. app's even worse than it was. resets and cutoffs simply cuz my screen isn't on, only fixed with a full reset. *DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PREMIUM*

I have turned off all of the recommended settings in the android auto app and pandora app, but it still runs in the background and drains my battery. The only solution I have found is to change the battery permission under settings, but when I want to listen to music I have to change it back or the music will stop playing.

Had this app for years and years, and of course I expect to hear ads in the free version. I also like the features it has to offer, and it has always been stable. However, I recommend never updating, as each update seems to make it worse. Lately, it's just become unmanageable with the incessant ads. YouTube allows me to hear 5 secs of an ad, and then I can skip to my music. I find that to be refreshing.

Dont skip you will get a commercial Im stuck in a loop of the same 30 songs I've tried to delete my radio expand on it I just keep getting the same song and if I try to skip ANY...commercials.
