We used the app and today it asked for a table number. It never has asked for that before. I submitted the order and it never went through to the store. confirmed with the manager I seemed to use the app right, but we couldn't see the order in the app. She said it was the right store, but they had no record of our order and thankfully took our word we ordered it and asked what we got. if you click your order all you can do is reorder and none of my past orders are correct. Never again using!

the layout of this app is terrible its often unusable
After update it says "We're having problems connecting to your network." No other app has this problem. Tried clearing cache and data. Guess they don't need our business.
The app is basically useless for ordering right now. No recent history, no saved favorites, and no access to the cart to check out. Also, I noticed my gift card balance is lower than it should be. It seems the cost of a mix match meal was taken out when one was not ordered, leaving me more frustrated than I already am.
I tried to order your advertised special of 4.99 items, but that price does not come up 🙁

your app freezes when I make a payment
App used to work well. Haven't been able to sign into it in over a month. app just sits on the sign in screen after you enter your password.
honestly I don't know what star to give them because if I'm reading the food then it is a five-star but the thing about that is I can't figure out why they cannot deliver to anyone in the same building they are located in??? not everyone has a family that can come and get them food from there and bring it up to their room in the hospital which once again they are located in???????? PLEASE TELL ME WHY? MY MONEY SPENDS THE SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE!!!! I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND IT!!!
Stopped working. It will let me get all the way to the checkout stage, and then there's no checkout basket, and it crashes. I've reinstalled, I've restarted the phone. I've signed out and signed in. Nothing works. People at the store say it's just me. Guess I'll be canceling my Sip Club since it's become inconvenient.
The app crashes more than ever. checkout always looks like a blank screen that doesnt load unless I close the app and restart my order. there have been times I ended up ordering from somewhere else because the app wasn't letting me check out.
