What good is having an app, if you don't have competent individuals filling orders? Sure, I can place an order and not get what I ordered consistently. Panera is expert at that. Surprisingly, what I can't easily do is provide any feedback through the app directly associated with the order that they've just completely clucked up. Panera is a dishonest company. Glad to see it looks like they won't be around for much longer...at least we have something to look forward to.
just did update and can't even sign into account. Continue to have issues with app, rewards and sip club dates change to the next day even though local store is still open for several hours. now app is required to have Google pay set up to use a gift card. Why????
Why do I have to use my Google Wallet to check out my sip cup order? The total is 0.00! This is new in the most recent app update! Takes 4 more clicks to order a drink I've already paid for! Fix this please!

App is completely broken. Every time I try to log in it says "something went wrong" and won't let me log in.
these app ratings are totally fake... this app messes up every week... you might as well delete and order inside.

Best way to get coupons... If the checkout screen only allowed you to order. When I get my items, and try and view the cart to pay the screen just stays white and never loads. Luckily the store staff are always friendly to help, but when I'm trying to order in advance, having the order screen not load causes me to buy food as some other app which doesnt fail. I'm sure the company is losing substantial business over this app issue. Please fix it.
Edit: Same issue persists 6 months later. I just took a breakfast order for my small work team and the app is saying everything is unavailable. It's not 10:30. Everything is showing up on the menu perfectly fine until you go to checkout. Nobody gets to eat this morning and Panera loses money :)
what happened to the milk options under hot coffee add ons? my android and husband's iphone don't show it.
They will steal from your bank account so don't add it!!! Support is not existent. Randomly logs out. It didnt ask me for all profile details before prompting me to buy sip club. So when I tried to log back in it would not take my info. Support was clearly incompetent and useless. I WILL SUE for my money back for using my card without me being able to access it. Reorder doesn't even work!

Never been able to sign in. Have had the app for years and never been able to use it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with multiple phones.
constantly signs me out... constantly glitches so I have to redo my order.. it will just freeze up totally sometimes.. total garbage

The app is fine for ordering food, but don't expect any good rewards at all. You'll spend hundreds just for a $2 coupon so don't expect anything good.
