You are very useless. I placed an order but there was no response. I should go out and deliver it myself. The customers are also useless. There is no response from everyone.

very bad, placed an order for an item, while doing payment, selected the GPAY option but nothing happened and status shows as payment still pending tried to call customer care but no use

selected apparel, payment did not work, tried for 7-8 times at different times, still did not work... next day early morning, everything is gone, apparel added to the cart and card details that were saved for payments.. Birla can do much much better than ummm now even 10 year olds make professional apps....

Already their stores are dissappearing. And now they have started spam calling. 4-5 calls on a single day. Even after asking their people not to call, still they keep on calling. So Irritating. Also their membership is so overpriced just like their clothes. Shoppers stop, western and lifestyle are better options.

Very slow response from customer care. app is not of much use
Absolute worst experience with this application. Slowest servers, not user friendly user interface, application redirecting to browser for returning products, not secure, application is getting stuck, account information is not getting updated, not reflecting ordered items or information. I absolutely love pantaloons products but I was disappointed with your application and it's maintenance.
they have bad customer service....return of the product never happens..still have the product for a month and they just kept esculating with nothing as solution
