I don't want to give any star. I visited Pantaloons Store at Indranagar near 100 ft road. I was forced to download the app for billing. It's unfair to force people to install app, the sales lady also had the audacity to instruct me to give 10 ratings for service on the pretext of helping me download the bill. The store needs to be reported.
Worthless. Online delivery is horrible and the customer service is useless. They can't deliver a product at a distance of 20 kilometres in 4 days and and ask you to wait for another 3 working days.

this app service is worst they don't give refund in bank account and give it on their app to purchase things from their app i ordered a product and faced this issue and this is my last purchase from this app 😡

Never buy from pantaloons. App says exchange return allowed for fit but store doesn't let you.
why is the pantaloons app so pathetic? Collections are good but the app is painful. I am trying to login using Mobile number but unable to enteroto and the pafe is refreshing. This is very irritating . I am getting error " cannot send oto , limit exceeded" but not I'm not allowed to type otp as soon I try entering otp page refreshes and come back to login page .
On the website they show a low price but once you install the app they show all high price products only although similar products are available on Website page at low price.
location not working, no first time discount... don't use it... it's just a propaganda
