canceling is to hard and stupid
I'm changing my review to 1 star because it was sooo hard to unsubscribe you have to go to the website to unsub but because the app is downloaded you opens up the app you have delete the app in order to get to the website also they falsely advertise premium is no ads but you still get ads idk about you guys but when a subscription says no ads there shouldn't be any ads this is including ads that start at the beginning and also there are some tv shows where the ad is part of the episode scummy

june 2026: IT DOESN'T WORK. CANNOT STREAM ANYTHING. IT HUNGS. SAME ON GOOGLE TV. 0 STARS. previous: Unskipable ads!!!!!! NO ads on a paid service. PERIOD. N O A D S. Not even your own, which BTW play dubbed to make them even more unbearable. And constantly getting hung, bad UI, and more.
cannot login, its kicked me out of the phone and hubble. I tried a password reset, it defaults to opening the app. the app says something is wrong (and yes it is up to date) and I am waisting my money.

Auto rotation is stupid!
Doesn't work. Tried on my Samsung S11 and pixel tablet, only shows a blank screen when trying to play a video. Would ask for a refund if it wasn't for the tv app working fine.
is the only legal service to get the only show I want, refuses to actually allow you to watch it
just like Disney will work for maybe and hour then dont matter if have good internet or not will continue to struggle with connection. but will load the adds for you cant miss out on the important adds. thats what were really paying for yeah?
The most useless app ever. I try to play downloaded movies and it won't play. I'm so done with such useless apps. I really wish these dev teams cared about their work. Paramount plus dev team are so useless they should be ashamed. I'm ending my membership today
so incomplete. I moved form australia to colombia and now most of the shows or movies I was watching before aren't here. All of them belonging to Paramount or its affiliates but not here. Most of them are streaming in Netflix
I'll watch an episode but about 50% of the time it won't mark it as watched. No problem I'll just go back and mark it as watched...afraid not, I'll have to load it up again and skip to the end. Who developed this app? Someone that's never used a streaming app before it seems.
I only applied to paramount, so I could watch All all the queens men. it's advertised but can't get it in the UK hmm. Will it ever be on in the uk. False advertisements. Shocking. stop messing with the licensing law, if you knew this, state from the beginning. And stop saying sorry, a company shouldn't be run this
constantly freezes
no matter what I do when I select a movie it goes to black screen every time. I have taken all steps provided in troubleshooting still nothing but black screen!
Phone app will not load videos. I've tried everything.
I was charged for this app twice and it's still not working
Paid for my first month which will be my last if they don't sort this app out! No ffw, rw,skip and the volume is way too low. If I watch something stop it then go back to what I was watching it starts again from the beginning so I have to watch it all again. Want my money fix the app because I won't be paying for a second month!! I work long hours so hardly watch anything on this streaming service anyway so it wouldn't be missed, but sometimes when I do have time it's nice to watch some things!

Undoubtedly the worst streaming app of all time, poor picture quality, memory problems, casting problems & layout problems, very poor from a company that you expect so much more from. Very disappointing, Do better Paramount !

HORRIBLE APP!!!! I cannot use this absolute piece of rubbish for more than two minutes. downloading episodes takes FOREVER and god forbid the app crashes, if you're unlucky you have to redownload everything all over again. even when I download episodes, THEY STILL WONT PLAY IT. and even if I don't download anything and just decide to watch a show, I can't, because the app IS NOT RESPONDING. absolute WORST streaming platform so far, just pirate your shows and movies.
I reviewed the Paramount App in May and suggested improvements regarding UFC coverage. No changes have been made and it is still woeful. Half of today' UFC fights that ended eight hours ago have not been added to Paramount Plus. Not everyone can watch the events when they occur live. Make them available immediately after they finish.
Screen captions can't turn off
poor quality app. not smooth to skip through with sports or programs. constantly bring you back to the last episode you watch instead of the next episode. just seems like no effort was put in.
can't change my forgotten password or talk to support. all links lead to the same sign up page. unsubscribe.

Very poor in all devices. App keeps crashing. Downloads don't work and when they do, the videos keep freezing.
not works well in a table, poor image quality. it's not a problem related to internet speed.

I have used almost every app for a streaming service and this is by far the absolute worst I've seen. Movies/shows on your watchlist disappear. Shows on the app won't show up, even if you were just watching it. The app won't remember where you stopped a movie and just start back at the beginning. The auto play next episode feature works less than half the time. And there are constant errors - asking you to check your connection and to try again later. And it's been like this for years.
I was watching the FIFA world cup, but it stops the streaming, 6 accounts, but only 1 can watch simultaneously... ??? Update: Honestly, do not pretend to use for watching FIFA, but maybe for series only Update: Smart tv message says "This application will restart due to lack of memory"
