same ol' same ol' struggle to keep your spot on a show, now I noticed you can't click on anything to read a description it just auto plays lol I can't even with these people. here's a thought, copy Netflix and change Netflix to Paramount with all your shows. problem solved. I don't know maybe ask for help at this point? ya clearly can't get it right.

Not sure if they will ever improve but I'm out. edit - i have been watching cheers got into season 8 and am only just realising all the episodes are out of order 🤯. how does Paramount manage that?
Garbage. This is the only legal place to watch shows like Star Trek and it just goes black and crashes when trying to play. The epitome of the "own nothing" era. I will seek media elsewhere
When Netflix was streaming the Star Trek franchise, each episode listed (approx 725) had a corresponding screencap from that specific title. Like all streaming services, Paramount has done this, but it's a complete mess. Screencaps are wrong, taken from other episodes or just the logo of the show or a cast pic. It's in complete disarray, and it's a perfect example of how this beautiful franchise has been treated by the company that owns it.
I pay for premium for it to not be able to log into the account on my Roku tv.

I didn't have a single problem u til my old phone broke. Ive downloaded it onto this device and it will not play a single thing! How can this be rectified? ive tried uninstalling off my old device but can't, googling it, contacting you, playing via web browser instead of the app... help!!!!!!!!
doesn't work. just blank screens. have done all the help, have contacted them and no help. they say it's a known issue but clearly don't care about fixing it. it's been weeks and cannot be used - why even subscribe??
slow to optimise, drops out, videos stop playing randomly, exits full screen when going to the next show. great content horrible user experience
worst streaming app in the world. It interrupts the streaming a lot. and I have a pretty good internet connection. edit: even support sucks, im wasting money paying for something that does not work. DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS SERVICE.

Keeps losing fast forward and rewind - requires a clear cache before every start. Also, there are no cc subtitles.

Not able to launch any shows or movies on my android. It keeps spinning and then get an option to kill the app.
Downloaded this app and won't load at all push open the app and black screen and then back to my main screen all good for counting down for when it comes and now it's here can't access jack I'm going to cancel my subscription not happy beside I would probably think it's similar to Netflix. Maybe if fix all bugs and might come back. download on my phone and said needs to update to download I have and won't let me pass this part so frustrating I'm just going to delete it instead.

Progress bar disappeared, tried everything. In the end the trick was to download all the shows because it showed then.
I can't watch anything. Everytime i want to watch something my screen goes black and after a few seconds it brings me back to the episode list. Please fix this issue

nothing will play, I get a black screen after a loading animation and am sent back to episode selection eventually.
So you can't access your account settings through the app and if you go to log on via the Internet it automatically takes you to open the app...so you have to delete the app, go to login via the internet just to check what plan you're on, then redownload the app..maybe I'll just delete Paramount+ "add free" due to such a hassle. Not like it's "add free" anyway you still get Paramount+ advertising at random before what you really want to watch. I don't care if "you can skip it." Not a good servic
Whenever I want to watch UFC on my phone, it won't let me; it forces me to go to my PC and limits me to watching it only there. I find it awful. I hope this company, which lacks common sense, will stop using this app. Every series they release is worse than the last. Honestly, I only use it to watch UFC; otherwise, I'd stop using this terrible app.
Só assinei esse serviço pra assistir ao UFC. Sempre que tento ver pelo meu celular, aparece um erro (6017) falando pra eu desabilitar o ad blocker (Como seria possível eu habilitar um adblocker?? Se o aplicativo vai ser péssimo, pelo menos façam o tratamento de erros correto). Pensei que planejavam corrigir isso, porque já vi muitos usuários reclamando disso há um bom tempo, mas parece que não. Além disso, os anúncios duram mais do que a luta, é insuportável. O pior streaming que eu já usei.

awful app, i pay for the psckage without adds, i get ads on every ufc card i watch, including replays. different ads everytime so it isnt the playback itself. for a muti billion dollar company it isnt good enough, these toads should be setting the example, not cutting every corner possible.
even worse than previously. on multiple devices this app continues to crash and shows hours or advertising without keeping track of which episode of which shows I've watched. it's about the worst streaming service I've ever used. they should pay people to use it. if I could rate less than 1 star I would.

This app is absolute garbage, it says I've hit my download limit yet I've got 15 episodes downloaded, and that's when you can get it to download. You make sure it ios app is polished, why can't you do the same thing with the Android app?

Unable to adjust streaming quality. No player controls to skip forward or back while watching. Such basic functionality is completely absent from this app. The best thing I can say is that I can watch stuff. Yes, the app and my OS is up to date. Uninstalled and reinstalled and all the usual things have been done to fix it, but no joy.
As a premium holder, too many ads.
they really need to fix the next video button and skips. no binge-watching here because it all screws up trying to watch the next video
The app is terrible, but the content is great. There are lots of shows and movies that make this a great streaming service, however the app barely functions. Both on mobile, and on Google TV. It always crashes, you could be watching a series, and then it crashes on a particular episode, preventing you from watching the series in full.
Doubt will be renewing anytime soon whilst so difficult to watch content. App frequently crashes after only few minutes streaming on LG smart TV. Android tablet there's no option to exit programme back to home screen....have to crash app completely to go back in. To frustrating and clunky
