Update the app, it's so broken it should either be fixed or removed.
No good. I went to it this morning to check on my package and it told me it was delivered. And it was not even delivered at my Address so now what are you supposed to do to report that cuz it was not delivered, and I have got a lot of reports about this going on so where's the picture Showing that you delivered. an where did you delivered it at cuz I haven't received nothing so you need to check your app check the information and see where you delivered my package to That's why you got one star,
archives and marks as delivered things on their own, when they didn't even get delivered. can't add some parcels, says they already exist when they don't. import is broken, doesn't add all.
As a long-time Premium subscriber, I’m disappointed. Notifications are broken-they either require a manual refresh or arrive 12-24 hours late. I’ve been patient, but I finally found a superior alternative in AfterShip. Deleting Parcel for good. It’s a shame to see such a great tool lose its way.

The order tracking shows incorrect date and time in India. It does not match the real time. Please fix this issue.
This app is SUPER SLOW!!!!! It does not update tracking for long time. I did tested a tracking number from USPS. The package arrived here and the tracking still show "Out for Delivery" for hours. go for 17track and they are fast at updating your tracking.

Auto-select is broken. My tracking number is shared by multiple couriers, and the app keeps matching it to the wrong one and marking it as “Delivered.” Even after I manually switch the courier, the status doesn’t refresh and stays stuck on the old result. This defeats the whole point of tracking. I’m seeing many other reviews reporting the same bug, so it’s clearly widespread. Please fix the refresh/auto-detect logic and let manual selection override cached data.
Stopped working in Egypt
Paid for the premium subscription but push notifications don't work and parcel information doesn't refresh until I open the app, they also take a long time to refresh. I have turned off battery optimizations to see if it helps with running in the background but it doesn't. Update: Two years later and I bought the subscription again but it behaves the exact same way.

Been a great app for tracking packages. However the last update as made temu untrackable as you can not longer log in only wants the account to be registered. And the security on Amazon isn't linked by Amazon same issues after latest update temu shows no packages even after logging in.
The app from which I made a purchase from had better tracking than this app.
contacted dev, but no answer. certain APIs aren't working, like Fedex. so becoming useless.
this app is ridiculous! so low tech! cant even track a number more than once even if the first time it gave you no info! no confirmation on delivery adress or pics for proof, no customer service access incase pkg wasnt delivered.... definitely doesnt compare to the big 3 couriers apps at all! VERY DISAPPOINTING that this company is being trusted to deliver our pkgs and not have a better app or website ...
The application's destination country setting does not override the shipment destination country derived from the device internet ip address. The country appears to be consistently sourced from IP, not the application's settings. Developers - stop taking everything from ip address!
This app is now cattle-trucked. Quite apart from saying it has pasted in a number it rarely does so. Today all but one of my tracked items have disappeared & if I try to recreate one it says I'm already tracking it but confuses it with another package from a year ago which obviously had a different tracking number. Then there are the totally inappropriate and occasionally offensive adverts for which goggle can be blamed. Add to this it takes up 150-odd Mb FFS? So long- it's history.

yall need to get your act together the package guy attempted to deliver and instead of delivering the package he stole it and it still says out for delivery when I try to track it.
App is very glitchy. App has difficulty updating Canadian couriers, especially Intelcom/Dragonfly, Canada Post, and Purolator, with constant network errors and delays in tracking. I regret upgrading this app now. Worked a lot better when it was free. Even if a shipment has a Canada Post tracking number, it will default to the Chinese carrier, not the Canadian carrier, even if the shipment is in Canada. Compared to other apps like 17Track and AfterShip, this app is as slow as molasses in January.

I was hopeful that this might replace a certain other app I paid for a lifetime license to some time ago, but has stopped working. But this one can't do USPS which isn't helpful for those of us in the USA. 😿 But fast eBay sync; not sure if it automatically refreshes as an interval though. The in-app help isn't much. Definitely much more info about purchasing than tracking.

Paid push notifications kinda makes the app useless. You may as well set a price on it and stop offering something that can be replaced with a website.
status dosnt update accurately. the information you see is often not the lastest update
Almost useless now, I regret subscribing. - Can't track a package across multiple carriers. It just selects the initial carrier (cainiao in my case) and once the package is in my country I stop getting updates. - Can't manually change the carrier, it always reverts to the initial carrier even if I select a different one.
Decent app, I upgraded in order to have push notifications so I wont have to be checking 24/7 on the company's site but the notifications don't work.
