Love the place but the app is garbage. Cannot get past verify details screen to even login, just tells me my number is taken already but can't go to any other screen.

Love their pastries, even though they're a bit pricey, but my issue is that I have tried several times to scan my receipts to earn points, but it always says it's invalid. I pay over $50 per visit and have not been able to earn any points/rewards!! 😕
Rewards and points not added or if added they're disappearind days later without being used. Discounts not redeemed in store, even if the app stated otherwise. Good cakes for fair price, most other items are on the expensive side.
