Love their pastries, even though they're a bit pricey, but my issue is that I have tried several times to scan my receipts to earn points, but it always says it's invalid. I pay over $50 per visit and have not been able to earn any points/rewards!! 😕
Rewards and points not added or if added they're disappearind days later without being used. Discounts not redeemed in store, even if the app stated otherwise. Good cakes for fair price, most other items are on the expensive side.
App doesn't work for me.
app is stuck and can't get past the log in page
i have been using my phone to order. But now i can not use the app because the latest update won‘t install. It said my phone is now not compatible. So what now? go out and get a new phone???
