Utter garbage. It lists the locations, but then prompts you to choose a food menu.
Booked a holiday and downloaded the app. On opening, it jumps straight to the map showing the parks but with no access to a menu to gain access to my booking etc! How can I manage my booking/on site activities etc if all I get is the map and booking screen!? Clicking back from this takes me straight to the app drawer on my phone but there's no back or menu button on the app's map! Edit: I can't put here in enough words how I'm finding the app, needless to say it's rubbish!

terrible. why not just use the website for bar order rather than having to download and register on the app. and after I had done all of that, it didn't work and had to order at the bar anyway
Worst quality especially Pendine sands parkdean Resorts. Quality is appalling and they don't care about customers.
Tried ordering food off the app whilst away and came up with an error twice. On each occasion, it then proceeded to take money out of our bank account. Now £96 down, won't ever use this app again.
Park Dean Resorts are dangerous, they poison guests, put lives in danger, are filthy health hazzards, the staff lie, mock, torture, abuse & discriminate against disabled & disabilities, they take your money & scam families, put people in hospital, and then abused us further after, total scum family & child abusing staff. Highly dangerous sites, zero customer care on site, head office don't care at all, a very dangerous company, that caused us immense damages, to our health and safety.
I try to sign up, I complete all the fields, when I press register it tells me Failed because I did not complete all the fields. Worthless
Internet signal absolutely horrendous and you cannot order separately at the bar
used once and cannot log in since keep getting errors.. useless app
Been at resort 2 weeks, app doesn't work at all. Lets you choose the time then every single item it says unavailable

I left this review 3 years ago. here again assures by staff it was improved and it did the same thing. honestly park dean need to sort it out Takes money but doesn't process order. So you're left out of pocket and hungry. Better to just go old school and order at the bar as the restaurant staff won't help you at all when this happens.
Poor app, doesn't show the offers in the menu. Have to use app to get the offers, but no phone signal and can't connect to the WiFi.
Don't use this app. Tried to order something on three separate occasions and had an error each time, money taken from bank but order not gone through. I'm currently waiting for over £100 to go back into my account!

Exactly the same as 4 years ago. Zero improvement to a terrible app. It never remembers where your favourite camp is, so no point even having a favourite option. When I select the exact camp I'm on, I still have to enable location so the app knows where I am even though I've chosen it and set it as my favourite. It's more than clear that Parkdean or anyone else has no interest in improving this pathetic app.
The app itself is typically good - the idiots in the fish and chip shop at Ruda told me to put a review on the app as opposed to offering an apology (or refund) for the poorly formatted shopping experience when ordering from there.
Do not use this app it will ghost payment you on anything you order and take the money out of your bank and make it sit in pending... honestly terrible, isn't even a wifi issue because I've also tried it with data.. still waiting for the money to go back into my account.
When we came in may ,we went to the showboat,!?? ,i ordered fish and chips with mushy peas, which look more like a child's meal,for my disabled daughter , just warm, I had a steak pie dinner I could not eat the pastry ,l would not say it was hard but it was like concrete, I at to turn it upside down, eat from the bottom, and also there was food miss off,but my wife had macaroni cheese and in enjoy hers, for £65 it was not worth it, part from that we enjoyed our holiday, we are coming in Sept

Very finiky and even though I have a strong signal, the app kept crashing. Yet another Park Dean stressful time. Plus, you cant order andbpay at the bar.
Can't use the app in the resort because there is no Internet available not even a phone signal in some places
Screw this app. It's badly made, should've been a website and requires a sign-up. Awful experience. Maybe hire some actual developers and make a decent website.
Really poor, rarely works, quicker to drive to McDonald's 8 miles away

Dogshit app, dogshit park
Used this app about 4 times and 3 of these times. After 30 mins, I had to go and find out what had happened to my order. Stopped using it.
The app is not at all easy to follow. It needs to be logical in the sequence you add the data and more intuitive. It took me 45 minutes to complete an order for 2 people. Now I'm going to have a drink!!!!
U use ur card and they clone ur card so be careful i had my card blocked because of this
What a rubbish app. Complete waste of time! No details of opening times. Need WiFi to use it but WiFi not working in our lodge.

Was a pig to order, and then 20 mins after delivery it hadn't came. Made a call, and was told that it didn't have the Lodge number or my phone number on their end (Ruda), when it's clearly visible on my app. Some work is required.
Crashed
Car crash, app very unstable. WiFi at the parks is also incredibly unstable, dial up would be faster. The app has bucket loads of potential, but until it's a stable platform and stable WiFi it's onto a loser
Could not order breakfast in the restaurant as the app was not working. We couldn't order food to our caravan either, it just comes up with an error code. Rating for park itself: one bedroom radiator not working, tried calling & was on hold for so long then it cut off. No time to keep trying as that's no holiday being stuck on hold all day. Will just have to wrap up more, under the blanket. No number to text yet it said there is one. 2 damaged areas in one room which gets in the way.
App is somewhat buggy and a long way from intuitive.

Poorly designed app. Can't tell if you've ordered an item or not. Need to learn from better apps like Wetherspoons. Also can't order drinks. Not great.
