Doesn't update with the latest event unless you delete and then reinstall the App.

Slow to update. Not easy to navigate. I couldn't get it to update with my latest run at all last week so I tried a few suggestions I found online. Ended up uninstalling and re-installing but now I can't even log in because the parkrun id field won't accept letters! Even tried copy and pasting my id but it removed the A from the front of it and therefore won't login. Useless

not getting past captcha

There doesn't seem to be an option to log out or switch between users. I have 2 children registered and can't access my second child's profile
Downloaded and not working. "Data sync failed". noticed past comments have reported problems
Just downloaded the app, entered my parkrun id, hit login and immediately got "data sync issue".
Since parkrun bought this, it's dropped 4 stars. Every time I log in it takes at least 20 mins to load. Just give it back and pay the dude for his time and expertise!!!!! As a total stats geek, I love the app and all the info you can retrieve!! Love the challenges, too! Had a small issue, emailed the company, immediate responses and saw me through to a complete fix!! Amazing! Thank you! 😁
I've been a fan of the original 5k app. The redesign is terrible. The colors are an eyesore, there are no interesting new features, and overall it just feels like a marketing tool for parkrun than anything else. The 5k app perfectly matched the spirit of an open community project parkrun aspires to be. The new one is just another example of corporate interest slowly destroying volunteer work. Please find a way to open up the API, and let the community build apps. The results will be much better!

I've got a Samsung A52 and never had this issue prior to new release. Please can you try n fix this for all users.. I don't think it's absolutely necessary to use this branded/corporate font if it is at the expense of users readability. Happy to user-test for you
The fonts are two big, words of more than eight letters get split over two lines, i.e mileston e on my phone, it makes app look messy and unprofessional. To get the e back to rest of word I've had to shrink the font on phone settings and now WhatsApp and Facebook messages are really small. sort it out. On plus side I like the new colours.
The font format is too chunky. I have tried adjusting my personal font size but unfortunately that then makes it difficult for me to read my text/WhatsApp messages. The aubergine colour is too dark and I dislike the way it represents volunteering on the weekly overview.
