to use charger you HAVE to install the app and you HAVE to create an account. awesome for travelers.... NOT!!
Parkster first requires that I as a EU citizens subscribe to their premium service, in order to use their app in a different EU country. Something none of their competitors have done, it seems borderline illegal.
Den enda parkeringsappen jag har som tar betalt för att skicka kvitton per e-post! Nu har de ÄNTLIGEN lagt till e-faktura men har såklart gjort det mycket krångligare än för andra. Så genomskinligt att de försöker tjäna pengar på påminnelseavgifter. Enda pluset med Parkster är att de inte smyger in en massa avgifter i själva parkeringen.

Very disappointed. This company got Stockholm city council to adopt their system, then charges users 5 SEK per parking as an “admin fee.” There is a free web option, but it’s hard to find and poorly designed, clearly pushing users toward the app. The old system worked fine. Parking normally costs 20 SEK, but now 25 SEK via the app. Paying more each time for no real value add. Think the city council and citizens got scammed real good.

Appen fungerar tyvärr inte tillförlitligt. Jag har vid flera tillfällen haft svårt att logga in eller avsluta parkering i tid, vilket riskerar att leda till onödiga kostnader. Kundtjänst är svår att nå när problem uppstår, och funktionen för automatisk avslutning med extra avgift gör korta parkeringar onödigt dyra. Som kund förväntar jag mig en mer stabil tjänst och bättre tillgänglighet. värej månad hatar jag mitt liv att jag måsta använda detta app.
Das passiert, wenn Deutschland digitalisiert. Unnötig Drittanbieter mit ins Boot holen, welche dann Wuchergebühren für den angeblichen "Mehrwert" den sie bringen. Leider wurde ich gezwungen diese App zu nutzen, da der Automat defekt war.

Freising switched to this company. Public terminals are so unreliable, unintuitive and unresponsive that there is often a queue of people. I decided to use the app (with no registration). Every payment has 50cents surcharge. App instructs to register to get rid of the surcharge. You register (and give them data) and it greets you with the same surcharge for something else. If you opt out their features, you can't pay ad hoc with the card or PayPal. They send you the invoice over e-mail....
horrible app, does not work, ...the lobby made rhe payment in the end.
Parkster has sent påminnelse avgift och faktura avgift och = 99 kr extra for something that I didn't even receive to pay before!

Broken invoicing and payment flow. When a payment is due, it is not shown in the app. My account is linked, yet payments are not auto-debited. There are no in-app or push notifications for pending payments. Emails end up in spam, and without any proper alert, you suddenly receive a warning letter with a late payment fee. This is not a user error-it’s a flawed system. If payments aren’t auto-debited, the app must clearly notify users. Right now, the setup feels designed to generate late fees rat

Verarsche. Auf dem Schild am Automaten stand dick und fett, dass die App keine extra Gebühren verlangt. Bei mir tauchte dann plötzlich ein Posten "Express Parking" auf, von dem ich nicht weiß, was das überhaupt sein soll, und der sich auch nicht abwählen ließ. 1h Parken sollte 50 Cent kosten, aber das Express Parking kostete noch mal zusätzlich 50 Cent. Ich habe dann einfach 50 Cent in den Automaten geworfen und für den normalen Preis mein Parkticket bekommen.
Does not work, PayPal payments do not work. Rubbish app, deleted immediately. Wondering why German towns work with this dysfunctional piece of software.
In August, Parkster requested a payment of 10 €. There was NO TRACE on the app for the parking fee it was referring to. Requests for explanations from Parkster NEVER arrived. I thought it was a mistake on their part. 4 months later, a payment request from the debt collection company Riverty arrived for 47 € with no explanation for the initial 10 €. I decided to pay to avoid an international dispute and increase the debt, but the IBAN provided did not work. It's a system to ask for more money.

Even when you can only park for 4 hours on specific location, the app shows you can park longer. I got a ticket ( it's my fault though)
it’s NOT OK for a parking app to accept payment when parking is prohibited (for example, during street cleaning hours). Taking your money when parking is not legally allowed is like selling a bus ticket for a route that doesn’t exist. It’s not just poor design; it can be viewed as deceptive.

Ich habe PayPal hinterlegt und bekomme trotzdem Inkasso-Schreiben, da wohl nicht von PayPal abgebucht werden kann laut Kundendienst. Das ist mehr als ärgerlich, scheint aber die Praxis dort zu sein. Der Kundendienst reagiert leider nur unfreundlich, konnte das Problem nicht beheben.
Terrible app, would not allow me to enter my security code number. Just automatically tried to process without it. And it was always declined by the bank. Even when I let the parking expire and try to redo it, it refused to let me even attempt to enter my pin number and just had the bank decline it because there was no pin number. Deleted the app within 2 hours after installing it.
Kostar 5:- extra för varje parkering. Det står säkert finstilt någonstans. Det borde vara tydligare.
Abzocke. Zusatzgebühren nur weil man als Gast das nutzen soll. mit Konto ist monatlich 2,99€ dazu. Frechheit.

It's over charged at the Emporia. Don't like the system that I can't see the price the same time I was choosing for how long I need to park.

Horrible app on the app shows price of the time you has been parked and than send mail with triple the price on papper. no option for swish or fast payment 👎
needs gps improvement. app keeps suggesting the wrong zone and apparently this still gets you a ticket.
Sad, that the app is not available on Android Automotive OS (AAOS) or GAS (Google Automotive Services). That would be a killer feature.
Dates on the receipts are in the incomprehensible U.S. format mm/dd/yy. The app should use the date format accoding to the device's settings.

holt euch mal Paypal oder etwas vergleichbares. ich kann zwar stressfrei parken. muss dann aber 50 cent mit online banking überweisen, wenn nicht bekomme ich Mahnungen in Papierform. da kann ich lieber Kleingeld benutzen. ist wesentlich einfacher
how many times must I complain, there's no option to pay for truck?! I AM in truck parking, but this app won't let me pay!
