Tried authenticating a mobile service website through PASS but it says I have no authentication info on PASS which is weird. No further information on how to solve the issue was provided.
When you are in Korea, every step needs confirmation and this app is one of the Virtual signature platforms. But it is the worst app ever! It signs me out any time it wants, doesn't let me sign in again, and always says the SIM information is wrong, and guess what! It happens all of a sudden when I need it the most! So inconvenient, so bothersome.

Would give 0 star if I can. You think it's just Koreans that need to use your app? The app don't support English and doesn't allow screenshot so you cannot even translate it. Terrible app

불편해도 인증은 되니까 이용하고 있었는데 이젠 잘되던 인증도 안되고 문자도 안날아오네요 하는게 뭡니까?
I am not sure about the app's features, but regarding the usage experience for non-Korean users, it is terrible. The app does not support English and intentionally blocks the users from translating UI to English. Similarly to other Korean apps always put foreign users outside of their support. That's kind of discrimination.
No English support, but has English speaking customers doesn't make sense. Deserves 0 stars.
와이파이로 접속하면 자기들 고객 아니라며 재가입 하라는 버그는 도대체 언제 고칠까. 속지 말고 와이파이 끄고 모바일 데이터로 바꾼 다음 앱 강제종료하고 재실행 하면 그제서야 정상적으로 동작하는데 이럴거면 "편하게" SMS로 인증하지 뭐하러 이런 앱을 내 폰에 설치해두나 모르겠음. 버그를 상세히 알려줘도 이해도 못하는 놈들이라 개선을 바라지도 않음

How can I delete it
한국에서 잘만쓰던 패스앱.. 출장중에 오픈하니까 해외에서가입이제한됩니다. 한마디 뜨고 사용불가... 본인인증할 한국번호도 멀쩡, 공인인증서도 멀쩡, 심지어 패스계정도 멀쩡히 있어서 로그인만 하면되는데... 주변말듣고 VPN을 켜고해봐도안되고.. 무용지물이네요 쩝
이딴 거 만들거면 그냥 다 해체해라

Pathetic app experience. No English support. Doesn't allow screenshot so can't translate as well. App will just close if sim is not inserted in slot 1. If sim is in slot 1, but default calls and msg is set to sim2, app will still not work. Even after this, need to switch off and switch on the phone and enable mobile data initially for the app to login. After long trouble it might work, but even after that, trouble doesn't end due to no English support.
I am having a hard time clearing my Amazon shipments. So complicated and very inconvenient. Now, it almost 2 months after arrival. I received some but there is more. I already applied, got my code and still can't get them to deliver. Too much delay. Very frustrating process.

No other languages, and it's impossible to get verified. This verification app just doesn't work. There's no point of having this app. I can't add my resident card. And QR code authentication it's imposible. 0 Stars!!!!!!!!!
Useless app
"휴댜폰정보를 확인할 수 없어 서비스 이용이 제한됩니다" Ok, discovered the reason. The app will fail to recognize the KT sim card if it is placed in the SIM2 slot and SIM1 slot is occupied with by another SIM card. Sorry but that's just retarded. From the programming perspective there's no limitation to check both sim slots. This is just sloppy programming from your developers.

An absolute NIGHTMARE! I STILL CAN'T MAKE PURCHASES DESPITE HAVING A PASSWORD AND FINGERPRINT AUTHENTICATION! PASS and nstationmall aren't connecting to each other and I don't know HOW TO MAKE THEM CONNECT! SO this app is a NIGHTMARE to use!!!
업데이트 너무 자주한다. 업데이트 해도 그냥 서비스 이용할 수 있게 해줘라 매번 업데이트하기 귀찮다
