Cannot use app because it blocks GrapheneOS on Pixel phones which are more secure than regular android.

Doesnt work
How do you let the app and your services to be so useless while working with KEPCO and other serious organizations?? First, it demands me to use my mobile data not a wifi, second, there's 알뜰폰 option BUT eventually it says my number can't be used because it's a budget option.. What a waste of time and money! I can't use so many services because they somehow choose to work with PASS.

저는 한국어를 잘하는 편인데 이 어플 사용하는 것을 너무 어렵습니다. 언어나 어려운 단어 문제가 아니라 사용 문제입니다. 인증 요청할 때 가끔 안 받았습니다. 지금 새로 휴대폰에 로그인을 하고 있는 하나도 안 되고 계속 끝 없이 PASS 로딩 애니메이션 나타나요.

I've lived in Korea for almost twenty years and cannot get this app to work. Apparently I'm not the only one. Edit... the geniuses reply in Korean. Wow.

제대로 연결이 되는 경우가 전혀 없어서 왜 이런 앱을 만들었는지 싶습니다. 최악의 앱입니다.

인증서발급받으려고 번호인증 후 통장 인증하려고 은행어플 켰다 다시 들어오니까 네트워크연결문제로 할수가없네요 피씨에 은행어플켜놓고 진행하라는건가요?
it says i can't use this service. is it because i'm using an SKT prepaid sim card?

How can you tell me I can't use the app unless I have a SKT affordable plan and that's what I have??? Plus it would be helpful for English version or option to switch to English

This app and the response from SK team in Korean to English comments are inappropriate, lacking sincerity, and, this lackster setup clearly shows it is impossible, imbercile of explaining what they want to achieve but w/o full disclosure of its use, w/o private setting controls or how SKT will handle personal information. But, sadly, having to do any transaction with Korean companies on-line, as a SK Telecom subscriber, there is no way to avoid this app but suffer and sink with PASS. (-)5!

If a review is posted in English, you should also reply to the post in English. I wonder when South Korea will get this simple, basic courtesy. Stop copying and pasting the same message in Korean; come up with at least a few versions in English - run a Google Translate at least if you are not capable.
This app is a nightmare for foreigners. No English or easy use. You would think they would want to be profitable....

Had everything set up but the app didn't work so did the update and all content was erases...come on SK get it together
Supposedly this makes your life easier, but the setup time is long, and after the fact it didn't work for me anyway. Just a waste of time.

There is no English. Even all data filled correctly. It keeps giving error. Don't download it is garbage
뒤에 사람들 기다리는데 빨리 QR코드 찍고 볼일만 마치고 싶지 개같은 룰렛광고같은거 관심도 없고 모두에게 시간 낭비만 됩니다. 생활에 밀접한 앱에 광고를 처넣자는 생각을 누가 했는지는 모르겠지만 대단하신 천재성을 조금만 더 발휘해서 최소한 그걸 끄거나 앱 사용에 지장을 안 주는 방식으로 넣었으면 하는 소소한 소망이 있습니다. 추가: 광고를 하루에 한 번 보고 싶다는 게 아니라 아예 안 보고 싶은 겁니다. 많은 국민이 이 앱에 의존해야만 하는 상황을 이용해 돈을 더 벌자는 생각을 할 지능은 있는데, 재난상황을 돈벌이에 써먹자는 발상은 아무래도 좀 추잡한 거 아닌가 하는 생각을 할 능지는 없는 것인지 궁금합니다.

Another garbage Korean app(amazing how in 2020 no-one here knows how to build one that works). Can't get pass the fingerprint verification, just stuck in a loop. Been like that for days
